We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments; 8 years preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, results driven mindset.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Skilled in developing test methods, validation protocols, and performing root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to lead operations and drive results.

Job Purpose

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory through office-based operations. Working in close collaboration with the Territory Sales Manager, this role serves as the primary point of contact for internal sales operations, managing customer accounts, processing orders, generating quotes, and providing support to both channel partners and direct customers. This position bridges the gap between inside operations and sales teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving efficiency in sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

• Serve as the internal point of contact for all customer inquiries, quotations, and order-related communication within the territory
