Role Summary

Insight Global is seeking Project Engineers to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will provide technical project management and direction, ensuring successful coordination of engineering activities and resolution of critical issues for assigned projects. Key Responsibilities


Serve as the single point of contact for all customer technical inquiries, change requests, and communications related to project scope.

Drive lessons learned back into design engineering to prevent recurring issues.

Provide technical guidance to Project Management and Applications Engineering teams.

Lead customer meetings, including kick-off and design liaison sessions.

Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements to design teams.

Evaluate financial and schedule impacts of customer-requested changes and manage implementation through the change process.

Resolve cross-functional design complexities and technical issues.

Monitor engineering schedules and take proactive measures to prevent delays.

Manage the engineering budget and provide quarterly cost estimates to Finance.

Support engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Present project status and risk mitigation plans to senior management.



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR high school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering.


Additional Requirements

Ability to travel approximately 10–15%.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Compensation:

$53/hr to $61/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Our client is looking for an Engineering Designer to join the team! This is an onsite position in Greenville, SC. Will be fully in the office to design a variety of work orders focused on Power and Electrical Distribution projects. The role utilizes client-specific software and offers full training! Michelin has immediate openings for an National Account Fleet (NAFA) Customer Account Specialist (CAS) who will be responsible for enhancing customer excellence in the Order to Cash (O2C) department. This role involves streamlining processes and addressing inefficiencies across teams.

What will you do

  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to drive critical business results.
  • Streamline processes to enhance operational excellence across teams
  • Manage NAFA orders and deliveries according to the sales policies defined by customer accounts.
  • Collaboration with team members and resolving business partner issues.
  • Act as a liaison to promptly resolve issues with key business partners.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions for implementation.
  • Generate and send customer invoices (manual or systemgenerated).
  • Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
  • Send reminders, pastdue notices, and statements to customers.
  • Contact customers (email/phone) to resolve unpaid invoices.
  • Escalate chronic overdue accounts when necessary.

What will you bring

  • A 2-4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience using Salesforce and SAP.
  • Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational excellence is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
