Michelin Louisville is seeking Engineering Co-Op students majoring in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, and Electrical Engineering to join the team at our plant in Louisville, KY.

In our petrochemical facility we produce synthetic rubber from monomer feedstocks and catalysts, through a polymerization reaction.

The product, after other operations, is carefully weighed and pressed into uniform bales before shipping to the next Michelin factory for tire production.

Our facility supplies various rubber products that go into tires in the USA, Canada, and in Michelin factories around the world. Our site is one of the three Michelin petrochemical sites producing synthetic rubber for cars, vans, trucks, two-wheelers, aircraft, agricultural tractors, and mining equipment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Work on a project team to analyze data to improve performance and/or production
• Ensure products meet the defined quality and performance standards
• Assist with productivity, cost-reduction, and continuous-improvement projects
• Study processes and propose improvements

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

The ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues. Success in working with other people or team to meet a common objective. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Computer, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent program at an accredited four-year college or university.

THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Serve as the primary liaison between plant teams and the Central Team, clarifying needs and coordinating support requests.
• Assist plants in problem solving common process issues and engage Central resources as needed.
• Recommend process modifications and ensure alignment with overall process strategy.
• Lead the qualification of process prototypes within the assigned zone on behalf of the Central Methods team.
• Drive the plant's process strategy and manage the Process Improvement roadmap.
• Contribute to the value stream mapping 3 year (VSM3Y) preparation activities and actively participate in related events.
• Maintain process mapping and performance databases for the zone and support industrial project startups.
• Develop, deploy, and share benchmarks, results, and findings through Central systems.
• Support the CAPEX Project Manager in developing industrial projects using established process design standards and methods.
• Identify needed updates to process standards, circulate approved standards, validate best practices for broader adoption, maintain expertise mapping, develop training materials, strengthen technical competencies, and ensure certification of key functions.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• B.S. degree in an engineering field; Chemical Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or quality control within a chemical process environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all organizational levels
• Proven teamwork, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Effective problemsolving and criticalthinking skills, with strong understanding of processtoproduct relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn internal software systems
• Working knowledge of quality protocols and controls (Management of Change)

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

* Application of safety rules (LOTOTO, HV / LV maneuvers, instructions, regulations specific and non-specific to the instrumentation trade.
* Complywith the policies, documents, procedures and work instructions of both the Quality and Environmental management systems

About the Role

Performs duties involving the shipping & receiving of product by accurately picking, packing & processing customer orders in a timely manner .

Responsibilities

• Receive all in-bound product
• Put-away product into appropriate locations
• Operate equipment, including reach truck, order picker, speed cart, and dock trucks
• Operate radio frequency units (RF’s)
• Count and multiply product accurately
• Physically move product – repeated heavy (up to 50lbs) lifting is sometimes required
• Work in team environment
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous warehouse work including picking and packing product preferred
• Basic computer proficiency

ASRC Electrical Troubleshooter Responsibilties:

-Safely maintain plant electrical power distribution including transformers, switch gears, panels and associated wiring. Troubleshoot and repair all plant electrical systems

such as balers, robots, conveyors, etc.

-Must be able to troubleshoot and repair components such as motors, starters, PLCs, etc.

-Compliance to all safety requirements is a must, such as LOTO and PPE equipment

- Effectiveness of all interventions (prevent breakdowns, cure the default within an optimized time, solutions to deal with recurring defects / problems...)
- Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts)
- Documented interventions and quality of the encoding

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.
• Share insights and findings across GoDaddy Commerce to shape our long-term platform strategy for embedded commerce and payments.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.
