Key job responsibilities

* Hire, develop and supervise leads and a large group of highly skilled technicians focused on Kuiper satellite production. Includes annual reviews, career development and managing corrective and disciplinary actions.

A day in the life

The Production Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, enterprise, quality and operations teams on production hardware integration processes and systems. This is a critical role leading the technician team on the production floor.

This position requires a high degree of skill in many areas, including technical leadership, technician development, mechanical assembly, avionics integration, troubleshooting, electrical checkouts and environmental testing. In short, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, workmanship and safety standards are adhered to on a daily basis across the technician team.
