Rooming patients: Collecting pertinent information regarding the patient's chief complaint, family history, social history, surgical history, and medication reconciliation upon arrival for a patient visit. Gathering information and maintaining patient information via telephone per department specific processes and policies. Provide patient with written instructions regarding procedures, medications, or follow up instructions at the direction of the provider. CMA staff may retrieve and provide condition specific education from the internet, internal website, or printed materials per the provider directions and orders. Administer medications per the provider order. Provide assistance with prescription medication refills per department protocols. Call medications into pharmacies, notify patients of refills, and documents actions within the EMR per provider orders. Maintain department specific competencies related to point of care testing, equipment handling, and specialty training. Administration of immunizations, PPD testing, nebulizer treatments, oral medication administration to patients age 0-21. Obtain vital signs on patients age 0-21 to include weight, height, blood pressure, pulse ox, pulse. Assist with in office procedures such as toenail removal, lesion removal, circumcision. Complete medication reconciliation in office of all medication and over the counter medications that the patient may be taking Assist with physical form completion

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.
The primary duties associated with this position include:
- The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
- Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.
- Responsible for serving as lead project engineer, i.e., taking responsibility for developing design, preparing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and specifications. This includes coordinating the work of junior team members and amongst other trades.
- Solving engineering problems using experience, judgment, and education and knowing when to ask for assistance when required.
- Write and review related reports for the services provided.
- Scoping projects and assisting project managers with proposal creation.
- Serving as a Quality Control reviewer for the designs of team members.
- Assisting the Team Leader in initiating, developing, and implementing continuous team improvement initiatives.

KEYS TO THE POSITION
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering

- Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker

The Communications Project Manager will serve as an operational and organizational engine for two fast-moving communications teams.
