We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer to join a growing semiconductor team focused on delivering innovative IC-based products. In this role, you will support the transition of new designs into production while ensuring product quality, reliability, and strong manufacturing yields.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the release of new IC-based products into production environments.
- Improve and sustain yield performance and profitability for existing products.
- Execute product qualification activities aligned with engineering and design standards.
- Develop product characterization plans and create scripts/tools to collect characterization data.
- Analyze data across process parameters, present findings to cross-functional teams, and help define datasheet specifications and test limits.
- Collaborate closely with design and test engineering teams to develop production test strategies and ensure product performance meets specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience supporting mixed-signal products transitioning into high-volume production.
- Proficiency in C++ and C# programming.
- Experience working with lab and RF test equipment, such as:
- Function Generators
- VNA / PNA
- Oscilloscopes
- Spectrum Analyzers
- Solid understanding of basic statistics and data analysis.
Preferred Experience
- Product characterization and validation at the product level.
- Experience collaborating with test engineers and ATE environments.

Overview
We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager to support complex engineering and project execution needs within a regulated MedTech environment. Role Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled Mechanical Engineers with experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector to support the development and integration of advanced thermal management subsystems used across military and commercial platforms globally.
This role focuses on mechanical subsystem development from a packaging and integration perspective, including enclosure design and integration of electronic and fluid control components such as pumps, compressors, fans, and valves. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing aerospace-grade subsystems within defined volume and interface constraints, ensuring high reliability, environmental robustness, and compliance with industry standards.
These roles will support programs progressing from Preliminary Design Review (PDR) toward Critical Design Review (CDR) and will involve reuse and adaptation of existing product architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical enclosures for aerospace electronic and control subsystems such as thermal management systems and related subsystems
- Package and integrate COTS and custom components into customer-defined volume constraints by integrating components including pumps, compressors, fans, valves, and control electronics
- Develop detailed CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings (SolidWorks preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience packaging turbomachinery components within constrained aerospace envelopes
- Exposure to controls systems integration
- Knowledge of vibration isolation and shock mitigation techniques
- Experience supporting PDR/CDR processes
- Familiarity with configuration management and aerospace documentation rigor
- Exposure to FMEA, reliability analysis, and lifecycle support

Qualifications
* 2+ years of technician work experience in electronics/engineering labs
* Technology/Technician degree or equivalent experience
* Electric vehicle experience a plus
* Basic electrical understanding
* Excellent soldering and harnessing skills
* Familiar with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, eloads, etc.
* Strong technical ability
* Ability to solder fine pitch ICs and 0402 components.
* Experience with MS office tools (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Project)
* Familiarity with Jira tools is a plus
* Python Scripting is a plus
* IPC-610, IPC-620, IPC-7711, IPC-7721 or J-STD-001 certifications are a plus
