We are an established architectural millwork company with over 30 employees, specializing in high-quality custom casework and commercial millwork. Our team includes in-house engineering, production, and installation, allowing us to manage projects from concept through completion.

Job Title: Project Manager – Architectural Millwork

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between departments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

This is a fully in-office position based in Livermore, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage millwork projects from award through closeout
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals
• Interface with general contractors, architects, and designers
• Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and installation teams
• Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and approvals
• Ensure accurate handoff from engineering to shop production
• Oversee installation coordination and project completion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry
• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in millwork
• Strong understanding of shop drawings and millwork fabrication processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam
• Experience working with commercial general contractors
• Knowledge of commercial interiors and casework
