Detailed Description

  • Drive AI storage & compute product strategy and establish optimal roadmap to include new products and services.
  • Understand what will make AI storage & compute portfolio competitive and define winning features, pricing, launch/GA targets, and positioning in the market.
  • Develop the product business cases to secure funding for new Celestica platforms and driving MRDs / PRDs through creation, review, and approval.

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Implementations Manager to own the end-to-end deployment of our leave experience software platform for enterprise customers. This is a critical role at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering—you'll be the quarterback ensuring complex implementations are delivered successfully for some of the world's most innovative and admired employers.

You'll be the primary point of contact for large enterprise customers during implementation, managing multiple stakeholders across employee benefits, HR, IT, and legal teams. What you'll do

Project management/leadership

Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $240,000 USD (annual), plus performance pay incentive. In accordance with local pay transparency laws, this reflects the expected base pay range for this role in the United States. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, training, and location.
