Our Transmission Engineering team is looking for a Transmission Line Engineer to support our growing Transmission & Distribution practice in our Diamond Bar office. This is a hybrid position, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home office. The successful candidate will be involved in all facets of transmission line routing and design. Job Description

  • Routing and design a variety of transmission line projects with project scopes varying from new to rebuilt facilities utilizing Power Line Systems software
  • Responsible for technical content and deliverables while working with multi-discipline teams under the guidance of the assigned Project Engineer or Manager
  • Sag tension calculation for transmission tower loading
  • Structure design and analysis and preparing loading trees
  • Assist in the development of design criteria and specifications for transmission line design and procurement of materials

This facility focuses on metallic forming, precision forming, advanced spin forming, CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly integration. The Director of Operations will own full site-level operational performance and P&L accountability, driving production discipline across multi-step manufacturing routings involving machining, forming, welding coordination, heat treat, finishing, and final assembly.

  • Demonstrated oversight of 3-axis, 5-axis, and large gantry milling environments.
  • Proven P&L ownership within a manufacturing facility.
  • Experience managing complex multi-step production flows and downstream processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing systems and operational metrics (OEE, labor efficiency, cycle time, TPM).
