Provides support of existing products, drives Cost Value Engineering efforts, and assists in the development of new mechatronic products. MEMS Characterization Senior Engineer will work with design, process, and failure analysis engineer on assisting characterization and failure analysis of the MEMS device, while supporting technology development, product qualifications and quality monitoring. Employee will maintain and develop new test solutions, recommend hardware requirements based on existing trends in characterization.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintain MEMS test solutions for production failure analysis, collaborating with design and process engineering to further characterization efforts and drive yield improvement

Qualifications

- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging and with failure analysis of MEMS sensors is desired

Position Summary:
The Applications Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise, process development, and customer support related to industrial machinery. Primary Responsibilities:

- Work in collaboration with Plant Management to understand production processes and needs and desired safety metrics in order to plan health and safety engineered improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Master's Degree in Engineering preferred.

Conduct market research and translate that research into new products, product improvements, or line extensions by providing leadership to a multi-functional team.
Travel with sales force to support efforts to convert customers to purchase Medline products.
Provide timely follow up to sales forces by answering product questions via e-mail and phone.
Required Experience: Education Bachelor’s degree Work Experience At least 2 years of marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources.
Experience collecting and analyzing financial data.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $79,000.00
- $119,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
