6.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to meet production goals.
7.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
8.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from production floor staff to senior management.
Qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
2.
Strong knowledge and experience with ISO and ASME standards.
3.
Proven experience with Lean Management, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
4.
Bilingual skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
5.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and leading a team to achieve production targets.
6.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues swiftly and effectively.
7.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8.
A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
