QA/QC Manager –

We are actively seeking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts on large, complex construction projects in the mission critical and data center space. This role is responsible for ensuring all work meets contractual, regulatory, and client quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll serve as a key representative for one of the largest construction companies in the country, working closely with owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive quality, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and guarantee overall project quality in line with contract and client requirements
• Represent our Owners, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, Vendors, and Subcontractors
• Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QA/QC plans
• Conduct audits, inspections, and manage punch lists through closeout
• Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and processes
• Ensure quality requirements are clearly communicated and understood across all teams
• Report on quality performance, findings, and recommendations to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous construction quality management experience
• Experience on large Commercial, Industrial, or Mission-Critical projects (data center preferred)
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Travel and Per Diem:

POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you will ensure accurate cost estimation for metal fabrication and manufacturing projects. This role involves evaluating project requirements, analyzing specifications, sourcing material costs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that estimates align with the company’s financial goals and the scope of work. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing bids, cost analyses, and supporting project teams with cost-related inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for steel fabrication, manufacturing, and installation projects by assessing material quantities, labor costs, equipment needs, and other project-specific requirements.
• Project Analysis: Review blueprints, project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to determine project scope, requirements, and potential challenges.
• Material Sourcing: Identify and source the appropriate materials for each project, considering cost, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure accurate costs and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare competitive bids for tender submissions by gathering all necessary cost data and ensuring adherence to client specifications and project timelines.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks and contingencies that could impact the project’s budget and schedule and incorporate these into the final estimate.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and project data for future reference and audits.
• Client Relations: Participate in meetings with clients to explain estimates, adjustments, and clarify any questions regarding the cost of the project.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to perform each essential duty daily.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience in estimating structural/miscellaneous metals can be substituted.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural steel takeoffs and bid proposals.
• Apply manufacturing standards to determine shop and installation hours.
• Full-time, office based, occasional job site visits.
• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software, i.e. Bluebeam, Tekla, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and propose solutions to cost challenges.
• Capable of managing multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Works well with a cross-functional team, providing valuable input to ensure project success.

The Role We Want You For

The Site Safety Manager will provide support to the Project Staff and the Clayco safety team in an effort to execute corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. In addition to your project responsibilities, you shall participate in and complete all assignments designated to you. This will include, but is not limited to, assisting in development of a zero injury safety culture on each project, conducting at least weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, effectively communicate orientations for all new project workers, assist with and review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis, actively promote and participate in daily stretch and flex program, identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents, support corporate goals and initiatives, emphasize and support proactive safety such as near miss/hazard reporting, coach and recognize workers on safe work methods, report all incidents in an effective and timely manner following established protocols and be a champion in motivating workers to perform their jobs safely! Your responsibilities will be all encompassing for each project you will be dedicated to.

The Specifics of the Role

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
• Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.
• Manage larger projects up to $160M.
• Client interfacing.
• Manage other Clayco Safety Supervisors on the project.
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor representatives to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor’s activity on site.
• Establish and conduct regular (weekly) safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and with project staff to ensure proper compliance.
• Facilitate training for site personnel and ensure that standards are per the OSHA/Clayco and in compliance with Federal and State standards.
• Ensure and maintain a log of each subcontractor toolbox safety meeting.
• Review each subcontractor’s safety program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirements.
• Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractor’s scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.
• Conduct regular daily and weekly jobsite inspections and complete the safety checklist noting safety violations and corrective actions.
• Record, notify and prepare written report of any violations or unsafe practices to subcontractors for immediate correction actions.
• Stop at once any violation or unsafe acts or practices.
• Assist the Project Superintendent in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation, and fire control procedures.
• Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.
• Establish and maintain all required safety records.
• Conduct a monthly overview safety meeting and attend project staff meetings to brief on safety issues.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
• 6-12 years of safety experience or combination of education and years of experience in building construction, with a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques.
• 10+ years of field experience minimum.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
• OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
• Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work at heights, able to climb ladders, access/inspect scaffolding and roof areas.
• Noise level is usually moderate to very loud.
• Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

• Must possess the physical ability to safely navigate active construction sites. This may include but is not limited to climbing permanent and temporary stairs or ladders, using construction personnel hoists, ascending and descending ladders, and maneuvering through areas under construction. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand for extended periods without support, and work at various heights as required.
• Ability to access and inspect elevated areas such as scaffolding, rooftops, and other high structures.
• Possess sufficient visual acuity to perform essential job functions such as, close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to varying noise levels ranging from moderate to high, which may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What you'll get to do...

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.
• Share insights and findings across GoDaddy Commerce to shape our long-term platform strategy for embedded commerce and payments.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.
