  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Engineering to translate complex processes into clear, compliant documentation.
  • Ensure all technical documentation complies with cGMP requirements, FDA regulations, and internal document control standards.
  • Participate in document lifecycle activities, including periodic review, version control, and archival, to maintain accuracy, consistency, and inspection readiness.

- $40 per hour based on experience 1st Shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Great Benefits Room for Growth 100% employee-owned 401K Job Details Key Responsibilities Independently perform full functional integration and validation of engineered hydraulic systems Execute complex system testing using electronic instrumentation, sensors, transducers, and data acquisition equipment Set up, configure, and calibrate test fixtures and measurement equipment to verify compliance with test specifications Collect, analyze, and document test data using manual and computerized reporting tools Diagnose system issues revealed during testing and perform troubleshooting and rework as needed Support light mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly activities when required Interpret engineering documentation including hydraulic schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and test procedures Validate and improve production assembly and test methods to enhance efficiency and repeatability Communicate test results, issues, and recommendations clearly to engineering and project teams Develop test procedures and best practices for repeat builds and system validation Assist in creating and maintaining internal calibration procedures and standards Provide guidance and informal training to junior technicians and team members Support testing activities across multiple facilities as needed Perform other duties related to system testing and validation as assigned Qualifications Associate’s degree, technical degree, or coursework in engineering or a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems with integrated electrical and electronic components Proficiency with measurement tools, gauges, sensors, and test instrumentation Experience setting up and executing system-level tests from specifications and drawings Solid understanding of fluid power principles, including pressure, flow, leakage, friction, and system efficiency Ability to identify and verify hydraulic circuit parameters and settings during testing Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable adapting procedures to meet unique customer or project requirements Clear written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with customers during witness testing Interested in hearing more?
