About the Role

The 2nd Shift Production Manager will take full ownership of evening manufacturing operations across sheet metal, welding, polishing, assembly, refrigeration, and electrical departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production personnel across several fabrication functions
• Oversee fabrication processes including sheet metal forming, CNC cutting, press brake operations, welding, and final assembly

This role supports a large-scale, multi-phase telecom infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate is a polished, highly organized Project Manager with strong telecom/network build experience who can confidently manage major budgets, multiple stakeholders, and heavy client interaction. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

About the role

As a Lead Product Owner – QNXT Modernization, you will make an impact by shaping and driving the modernization roadmap for QNXT architecture and operational capabilities.
