Blue Cypress is seeking a Utility Management Services (UMS) Regional Director to support current projects and oversee the staff of our utility management consulting services group in the Southeast. This position will work closely with our existing UMS staff in Atlanta, Seattle, and Cincinnati, seeking to expand work with current clients in the Southeast and beyond, win work with new clients, expand our services, and facilitate career development of staff. It is our intent to maintain our strong presence in the Atlanta area and continue growing our presence in the region. As an integral part of our business development and technical team, the UMS Regional Director will manage client projects, lead/mentor early-, mid-and senior-career staff, develop and maintain client relationships, and lead business development activities. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 15 years of experience primarily as a utility management and/or engineering consultant at an A&E firm; public sector experience is also valued. The successful candidate will have a strong professional network within the Atlanta metro-area and a technical focus on water, wastewater, and/or stormwater systems or management of transportation systems (transit, highway, airport). Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 15 years of experience primarily as an engineering consultant in an Atlanta A/E firm; public sector experience also valued. Focus on water, wastewater or stormwater systems or transportation systems (transit, highway, airport)

This role will manage the Mitek drawer and oversee third-party architectural and design partners, coordinating residential architectural projects from schematic design through construction documents. The position serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, consultants, and municipalities to ensure plans are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time

• Manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction documents

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Office Administration

• Ability to perform basic office hardware and software troubleshooting for PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc
• Answer and handle all incoming calls from employees, clients, partner companies, etc
• Assist with new employee and sub-contractor onboarding - Background Check coordination, completion of employment documents, Drug Test scheduling, etc
• Handle Travel Arrangements such as car, air, and hotel, with some price negotiating
• Maintain an atmosphere of professionalism, responsiveness, and a can-do attitude
• Order Supplies for the general office and individual employees as required
• PowerPoint, Word, and Excel proficiency including labeling photos, developing spreadsheets with formulas, and creating and editing presentations from other materials
• Provide Financial Reporting assistance as needed using Excel spreadsheets
• Run miscellaneous errands such as Post Office, Bank, FedEx, Shipping, Office Supplies
• Scheduling of office support services such as IT
• Provide daily e-Filing System Management and Hard Copy filing for new documents
• Update various Excel spreadsheets for record-keeping and financial analyses
• Update weekly Man-hour tracking for projects using Excel forms

Required Skills

• 6 years experience preferred with Office Management or Talent Acquisition roles
• Must be hands-on and proactive

The Opportunity

• The Assistant Project Manager will support senior project leadership in the planning and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will assist with coordination across project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of construction projects valued up to $200M+.
