As a Manufacturing Engineer - ATLO (Assembly Test & Launch Operations) you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to build, test and launch satellites, related subsystems, and components.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with leadership teams to drive high level improvements to increase production capacity and throughput, reduce space vehicle build hours and quality issues, and remove waste from complex processes
- Leverage advanced industrial engineering knowledge and a strong understanding of Lean principles to drive high level process improvements and by create automations to increase team performance as well as inter-team workflows
- Review and anticipate necessary physical production floor layout, ground support equipment, and flight hardware build flows to improve build efficiency and quality
- Review assembly level engineering drawings and schematics to anticipate build challenges and implement changes for manufacturability and production scalability
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to monitor performance metrics of teams, product execution plans, and Non-conformances to target common issues with a design and manufacturing approach
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain work instructions, bills of materials, standard operating procedures, etc. in support of manufacturing and supply chain execution using MES and ERP/MRP tools
- Lead and executes tasks as needed to transition final integration builds from low-rate initial production to high rate production
- Document, analyze, and provide resolution for non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Interface with technicians, quality inspectors, and engineers in a cleanroom
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (ABET accreditation required)
- 7+ years' experience in mechanical manufacturing engineering or assembly, integration, and test engineering in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries. (Structures, Propulsion, Integration or GSE)
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings, technical manuals and policies and recommend changes to procedures.
- Experience with the build, assembly, or testing of complex systems
- Must have technical problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis complete with sound engineering based corrective actions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and concepts
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with integration of complex assemblies, including test experience

The Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineer is the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for delivery of the GNC subsystem for a program and/or constellation. This includes subsystem/system level analysis to ensure requirements compliance, sensor and actuator selection, and Flight Control Software (FCSW) development and validation. Engineers in the GNC group are integral throughout the entire program lifecycle, providing mission and system design inputs, critical analysis products, software/algorithm development, support to satellite integration and test (I&T), and on-console support for on-orbit operations.
As a GNC REA at the Lead/Senior level, you will be the leader for the GNC subsystem for a given program/constellation. In addition to technical execution, it is critically important that engineers in this position are capable of management of a complex project, ensuring that high-quality work products are delivered on-time. This requires working familiarity with project management techniques, as well as an ability to identify, track, and mitigate subsystem risks in order to meet program execution objectives .

Position Responsibilities:

As the Electrical Power Systems Manager, you will lead the company's Electrical Power Systems team as a point of contact for technical, budget and resource allocation issues to meet team members' needs, customer requirements, and company goals.

Position Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing staffing the team, developing internal team processes, providing staff to support program Space Vehicle (SV) developments.
- You and your team will be responsible for developing maintaining the SV Electrical Power System (EPS) architectures for our various SV buses.
- Your team will be responsible for technical solutions along with maintaining cost and schedule inputs to the programs you are supporting.
- Your team will coordinate closely with products, harnessing, and flight software to develop common and forward leaning SV EPS architectures.
- You will coordinate with other engineering teams, programs, and products to provide staff, solve technical tasks, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal processes to support our spacecraft missions.

As a Mission Analysis Engineer on the Mission Analysis Engineering Team, you will be the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for all modeling, simulation, and analysis for a program, study, or proposal. You will develop methods to simulate mission scenarios and assess end-to-end constellation capabilities; design and implement image processing, inertial tracking, state estimation, and optimal control algorithms for sensor systems; and provide tools and modeling platforms for validating system performance during on-orbit mission operations.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with technical and program leadership and will be responsible for program management activities, to ensure that high-quality work products are delivered on time and that the proposed mission solution meets the customer's need.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain simulations for large satellite constellations to assess effectiveness against mission requirements
- Own the Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) image processing algorithms chain, from photon to Warfighter
- Create models for space vehicle payloads to use in system trades and performance predictions
- Develop novel algorithms, models, and data processing schemes for EO/IR sensing and tracking systems
- Concepts of Operation (CONOPS)/Design Reference Mission (DRM) development, modeling, and simulation
- Collaborate with software and firmware teams to develop platforms for simulation deployment (eg. software/hardware-in-the-loop)

THE PURPOSE:
The Manager, Technical Design - Denim leads the technical design process for denim, ensuring products meet the brand’s fit, construction, and quality standards from concept through production. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to translate creative vision into technically sound garments while managing timelines, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining consistency across collections. The Tech Design Manager also develops and leads the technical design team while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Lead the technical design process for denim products from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, and finishing align with the design vision and brand standards.
- Partner with Design to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, including measurements, patterns, and construction details.
- Create and maintain comprehensive tech packs, including specifications, construction notes, and quality requirements for vendors and factories.
- Lead fit sessions and communicate adjustments to Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams.

- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000. This is a full-time, exempt position.
