As a Manufacturing Engineer - ATLO (Assembly Test & Launch Operations) you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to build, test and launch satellites, related subsystems, and components.
This position's internal job code is Manufacturing Engineer. Our team is currently hiring for a Level 4.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with leadership teams to drive high level improvements to increase production capacity and throughput, reduce space vehicle build hours and quality issues, and remove waste from complex processes
- Leverage advanced industrial engineering knowledge and a strong understanding of Lean principles to drive high level process improvements and by create automations to increase team performance as well as inter-team workflows
- Review and anticipate necessary physical production floor layout, ground support equipment, and flight hardware build flows to improve build efficiency and quality
- Review assembly level engineering drawings and schematics to anticipate build challenges and implement changes for manufacturability and production scalability
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to monitor performance metrics of teams, product execution plans, and Non-conformances to target common issues with a design and manufacturing approach
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain work instructions, bills of materials, standard operating procedures, etc. in support of manufacturing and supply chain execution using MES and ERP/MRP tools
- Lead and executes tasks as needed to transition final integration builds from low-rate initial production to high rate production
- Document, analyze, and provide resolution for non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Interface with technicians, quality inspectors, and engineers in a cleanroom
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (ABET accreditation required)
- 7+ years' experience in mechanical manufacturing engineering or assembly, integration, and test engineering in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries. (Structures, Propulsion, Integration or GSE)
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings, technical manuals and policies and recommend changes to procedures.
- Experience with the build, assembly, or testing of complex systems
- Must have technical problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis complete with sound engineering based corrective actions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and concepts
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with integration of complex assemblies, including test experience
- Strong project management skills or demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, manufacturing processes, or industry standards

As the Electrical Power Systems Manager, you will lead the company's Electrical Power Systems team as a point of contact for technical, budget and resource allocation issues to meet team members' needs, customer requirements, and company goals.

Position Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing staffing the team, developing internal team processes, providing staff to support program Space Vehicle (SV) developments.
- You and your team will be responsible for developing maintaining the SV Electrical Power System (EPS) architectures for our various SV buses.
- Your team will be responsible for technical solutions along with maintaining cost and schedule inputs to the programs you are supporting.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Program Management Offices (including MPMs) to understand and prioritize deliverable hardware
- Drive team execution (day to day) and execution of upcoming milestones, thru facilitation of all functions in the flow from demand entry, procurement through delivery.
- Manage technical project scope, planning, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, cost performance, Estimates at Completion (EAC), Risk assessment throughout the program lifecycle.
- Update program LRE (Latest Revised Estimate) planners, schedules, and provide Earned Value Management inputs, including variance analysis and corrective action planning.
- Develop and maintain a historical data set for cost and schedule projections providing inputs to program delivery Baselines
- Work closely with Production Scheduling function to ensure hardware build schedules in shared production areas meet program needs.
- Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the Companies long range business plans and work with Engineering to identify, authorize and manage technical changes to deliverable unit designs to meet those plans.
- Represent control account(s) as a recognized technical authority and performance manager
- Track and update key subsystem TPMs (Technical Performance Metrics)
- Identify issues and risks early, proactively resolve issues that impede program progress, obtain assistance when needed to allow design staff to concentrate on their work products.
- Track/Manage subsystem DRs (Discrepancy Reports) and work with respective engineering teams to close out any open DRs in a timely fashion to keep MFG floor work moving.
- Status key subsystem deliverables to program management, customers, and other stakeholders.

The Electrical Systems Design Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems for advanced robotic automation projects. This role emphasizes PLC programming, robotic integration, and industrial control system design, including electrical schematics and control panel builds. The Electrical Systems Design Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems for advanced robotic automation projects. This role emphasizes PLC programming, robotic integration, and industrial control system design, including electrical schematics and control panel builds. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex automated systems in manufacturing or process environments.
Our team is currently hiring for a level 2 and 3.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and integrate PLC-based control systems for robotic and automated machinery
- Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and I/O documentation
- Design and oversee the build of control panels, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards
- Specify and configure hardware components such as PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and safety devices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial control system design and PLC programming. (level 2 align with years of experience)
- Proven experience with robotic automation systems and motion control applications.
- Demonstrated ability to create electrical drawings and build or oversee the build of control panels
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, Modbus TCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with machine and functional safety systems

THE PURPOSE:
The Manager, Technical Design - Denim leads the technical design process for denim, ensuring products meet the brand’s fit, construction, and quality standards from concept through production. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to translate creative vision into technically sound garments while managing timelines, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining consistency across collections. The Tech Design Manager also develops and leads the technical design team while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Lead the technical design process for denim products from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, and finishing align with the design vision and brand standards.
- Partner with Design to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, including measurements, patterns, and construction details.
- Create and maintain comprehensive tech packs, including specifications, construction notes, and quality requirements for vendors and factories.
- Lead fit sessions and communicate adjustments to Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Production to ensure appropriate fabric, trim, and wash selections meet quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshot technical issues during development and production, including garment fit, fabric behavior, shrinkage, and construction challenges.
- Manage timelines across the technical design process to ensure milestones and delivery deadlines are met.

- Proficiency with technical design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or Techpacker

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
