Job Details We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Advisor to join our team in the energy industry.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the energy sector, particularly in power systems and steam engines.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, providing expert advice and guidance to optimize our operations and drive our business forward.

This position will offer monthly travel between RI and CA

Responsibilities: Provide strategic advice and guidance on operations within the energy sector, with a focus on power systems, process engineering, and field operations.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize your expertise in engine and power station operations to advise on best practices and innovative solutions.

Leverage your knowledge of turbine control systems to optimize our energy production.

Conduct thorough analyses of our operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational strategies.

Lead and participate in projects related to operations management, providing expert insights and direction.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

An advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in operations management.

Proven experience with engine operations, process engineering, power systems, power station operations, field operations, and turbine control systems.

Strong understanding of steam operations within the energy sector.

Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide others.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
