What You Will Do:

Support engineering activities related to testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software
Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system
Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment
System integration and test support, possibly including live fire test events
Support activity may require travel
Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB
Support qualification of our products
Sustainment/Depot returns and repair
Maintain engineering specifications (DS, ARD, etc.) & drawing (Schematics & Assembly Drawings)
Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders
Maintain engineering databases
Participate in periodic team meetings, interface teleconference meetings, working group meetings

What You Will Learn:

After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Engineering, Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date
This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Strong undergraduate level understanding of electrical, mechanical and/or software system integration, familiarity with C/C++/C# preferred

This role is for a Principal Cooling Systems Engineer to support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. Our primary role is to design and support the fabrication, testing, and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars. We also support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.

This position is in Marlborough, MA. (On-site)

What You Will Do

Working collaboratively with our customers to establish cooling systems requirements
Mechanical design, analysis, and documentation of cooling hardware and systems
Selection of components including pumps and heat exchangers
Drawing generation, drawing release, and drawing change incorporation
Resolution of change requests from manufacturing or suppliers
Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate standards and requirements.
Factory and supplier support of product integration domestically and internationally
Willingness to travel to domestic Raytheon sites, suppliers, and government facilities

Qualifications You Must Have

What You Will Do

Develop, revise, and maintain AutoCAD drawings, models, and designs from verbal directions, hand drawn sketches, and existing hard copy drawings.

Use preliminary sketches, diagrams, and other engineering information to generate conceptual layouts for notional facility systems using CAD tools such as Autocad, and Revit.

Support site surveys for facility infrastructure solutions.

Develop facility requirements and design development documents for defense system equipment in accordance with system requirements.

Work with Architect/Engineering (A/E) contractors facility design effort.

Review and approve shop drawings and construction specifications.

Document and manage action items, field issues, and change requests including coordination with home office engineering, equipment suppliers, and onsite teams.

Collaborate and coordinate work activities with Raytheon, Government, and subcontractors.

Basic knowledge of DOD codes and standards, including Unified Facility Codes (UFC’s) for site installations.

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) SPY-6 Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) effort. This critical role involves providing strategic technical and programmatic oversight for the SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations, supporting program execution, and driving alignment with broader RDPL objectives. The Chief Product Owner will play a key role in delivering high-quality radar systems to the U.S. Navy and contributing to the growth and success of RDPL.

What You Will Do

Serve as the technical and programmatic leader for the SPY-6 EASR effort within the product line, overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations.
Manage technical baselines and ensure alignment across multiple shipsets and platforms to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with SPY-6(V)1 teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless integration across the SPY-6 radar family.
Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Drive the execution of RDPL's productivity and velocity goals through innovative engineering and process improvements.
Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment of technical execution with programmatic goals.
Influence customer perceptions and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Support risk management, schedule adherence, and cost control to meet program deliverables and financial objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Experience managing technical baselines and delivering mission-critical systems to customers.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with U.S. Navy radar systems and understanding of mission-critical requirements.
Experience with Raytheon's RDPL objectives and processes, including productivity and velocity improvement initiatives.
