The Role We Want You For

As a Project Cost Manager, you will be assisting in the development and management of the project financial strategy. You will be working directly with the project management team to manage the project budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining reports that provide information to different groups, work with the management team to identify variances, risks and maintain quality control processes to improve project cost procedures and ensuring conformity with management's strategy.

The Specifics of the Role

• Works with all project disciplines to ensure understanding of total project cost budget allowances and targets.
• Review project documents and specifications to accurately identify, develop and track request of change orders (owner and subcontractor related), baseline estimates, potential risk exposures while communicating potential impacts to the financial targets, schedule, and overall project management process.
• Works closely with the accounting department to ensure the correct integration of all information needed to ensure accuracy in billings, payment applications, change orders, direct cost, labor cost, etc.
• Works closely with the project management team, executive management personnel, subcontractors, as well as occasional contact with clients.
• Responsible for cost engineering, cost estimation, cost analysis, and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for proposal estimating activities which require a moderate degree of technical skill and experience.
• Ensuring quality, accuracy, consistency, spend profile, performing change management, and transparency in all cost management deliverables.
• Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the cost and forecast reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management, or related degree.
• 5-10 years of Project Cost experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices is required.
• Working knowledge of applicable computer software such as PMWeb or similar project portfolio management software, DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards, or related software programs.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented and deliver on customer commitments.
• PMP certification desirable.

Structural Mechanic 4 (Weekend Day Shift) in GAC St. Louis

Candidate must be well trained on using sheet metal structures tooling, understand and interpret structural drawings, and have experience on aircraft structural repairs. This shift is primarily a Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm), but candidate must be willing to work multiple shifts as required.

The base compensation range for this role is $31.19 - $36.38 per hour.

1. Use ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of employees and techniques and completes work in innovative and effective ways .
2. Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures and varied drilling and riveting operations; ensures parts/assembly meet requirements .

7. Check all work and ensure a defect free assembly prior to final inspection .
8. Mentor, train, and assist other team members in interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and engineering orders; develop methods and shop aids to resolve production installation difficulties and problems .
9. Maintain and use all logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs) .
10. Align and assembles parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners .
11. Make repairs per Discrepant Material Tags (DMT), Material Review Request (MRR), Production Change Orders (PCO), performs necessary rework to ensure installations meet conformity .
12. Plan and organize workloads and resource requirements to meet or exceed goal hours and schedule expectations. Assist in overseeing projects or other technicians and assesses requirements of assigned tasks to procure required. materials and documentation for assigned tasks .
13. Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 5S, Lean Initiative Program, and complies with all safety regulations .
14. Support Lean Activities, comply with all safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies.

As a Digital Engineer – Full Stack & Systems Architecture, you will sit at the intersection of engineering workflows, software systems, and cloud platforms. This is not a traditional backend or data‐engineering role. You will design end‐to‐end solutions, working from initial understanding of engineer needs, to shaping application architecture, to implementing full‐stack solutions that integrate data, automation, and cloud services. Position Responsibilities:

Digital Product & Application Development

• Design and develop full stack applications that improve test and evaluation workflows, decision making, and engineering productivity

• Develop front end and backend services using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, .NET)
• Design and implement APIs and service interfaces that enable integration across test systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise tools

Systems Architecture & Cloud Engineering

• Architect end to end systems spanning applications, data services, and cloud infrastructure
• Evaluate and select cloud services across AWS and Azure based on cost, usability, scalability, and long term maintainability
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep to support repeatable, secure deployments
• Design solutions that support multi cloud and hybrid environments as required by program needs

Data Enabled Engineering (as a Platform Capability)

DevOps, Reliability & Security

• Build and maintain observability capabilities—including logs, metrics, and traces—to enable rapid diagnosis, performance optimization, and reliable operation of digital engineering systems

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience developing full stack applications with modern frameworks

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a 777X Structural & Payload Design Engineer to join the 777X Structural Design team in Berkeley, MO. The 777X program is transitioning to full rate production and is focused on improving the design of wing components to enhance producibility.

As a Structural & Payload Design Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system design. You will create and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and other design methods, providing product definition to engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle. • Assist in seeking, exploring, and securing new revenue and procurement opportunities across the mechanical supply base (volume agreements, preferred vendors).

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and HVAC systems/equipment; able to interpret plans/specs and manage procurement deliverables end-to-end.
• 5+ years of procurement experience preferred with demonstrated success managing buyout through closeout; strong mechanical/HVAC background required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and schedules simultaneously, including long-lead equipment and logistics constraints.
• Strong commercial acumen: contract terms, negotiations, escalation, freight, warranty/service provisions, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; proficiency with Excel and common PM/procurement platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial/industrial projects and major HVAC equipment procurement (AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, BAS/controls) preferred.
