We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to provide pre-construction electrical cost estimates for large, complex projects across commercial, institutional, hospitality, and light industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates and conceptual budgets for large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to define scope and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Develop design-build and plan-spec bids for institutional, retail, and mid/high-rise projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate design documents, and analyze constructability and cost impacts

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual through final design.

· Develop and maintain working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field—or equivalent experience.

3. Proficient in iSqFt (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), online plan rooms, SharePoint, and takeoff software.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the preparation, review, and administration of contract documents for active construction projects. APH Marine Construction is a growing marine contractor specializing in coastal infrastructure projects, seawalls, docks, and boat lifts for residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. We are seeking a Project Manager to bring structure, discipline, and follow-through to the planning and administrative side of production to efficiently and effectively complement our superintendent.

This Project Manager role completes that system by owning the planning, structure, and administrative control that field execution depends on: schedules, procurement, budgets, change orders, documentation, coordination, and closeout. This removes any friction during execution by the superintendent and field crews.

Together, the Project Manager props each project up for execution by the Superintendent who will drive production. Project Manager will be involved during each project by ensuring they stay organized, supplied, documented, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

·        Interpret construction plans and own the procurement workflow: prepare and track POs, confirm lead times, and ensure correct specs and on-time delivery

·        Create/maintain benchmark checklists (e.g., forms up → schedule survey; pile phase → inspection; cap pour → next steps)

·        Build and maintain project schedules aligned with barge and crew movements, tides, inspections, subcontractor availability, and material lead times

·        Track budgets, cost-to-complete, and budget-to-actual; flag risks early to protect margins

• Monitor and troubleshoot RMJ jobs, ODI workflows, sessions, agents, and data pipelines on Linux environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for failures related to ODI workflows, RMJ jobs, network connectivity, API integrations, and file transfers.
• Optimize ETL workflows to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Use scripting and automation tools to support data processing and operational workflows.
• Work in Linux/Unix environments, using command-line tools and shell scripts for job automation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Participate in walk-throughs which review program specifications, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, including screens/reports. Provide feedback in accordance with team standards and guidelines.
• Participate in implementation of changes, enhancements, and newly developed programs.
• Conduct technical research and provide recommendations, develop proofs of concept or prototypes, contributing to technical design of applications.
• Helping to identify coding patterns and anti-patterns and enforce implementation of the patterns through code reviews.
• Quickly resolving issues encountered by business lines in the production environment, maintaining a helpful, "high touch" approach to working with business users, performing root cause analysis, technology evaluation, and performance tuning.

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical area
• 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience in ODI, Oracle Datawarehouse, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, Python scripting, and ODI admin module (ODI Agent setup, logs configuration, certificate installation).
• Must have experience in building Pl/SQL queries for Oracle Server (incl. stored procedures, functions…) and must understand basic principles of data modeling
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations
• Experience with scripting Python and Linux scripting, CLE, networking fundamentals (API, IP/ports, SFTP/FTP connectivity)
• High proficiency in development practices: unit testing, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), refactoring, clean code
• Experience with Bitbucket/GIT source control management
• Problem solving skills, able to determine upcoming risks & issues and address them accordingly.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot applications using logs.
• Pro-active approach and good communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira)

• Private Banking domain experience.
• Working experience in a financial service industry
• Financial application knowledge like FIS AddVantage, CRD, CRM Pivotal.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) for modern data transformations.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms or hybrid data architectures.
