Clementine Paper creates fresh, fun, fashion-forward eco-friendly stationery, gift, and lifestyle products for major mass retailers. As we expand into new categories, we’re looking for an on-site Product Designer who can bring products to life from concept through production while balancing creativity, functionality, cost, and manufacturability.


This role is primarily focused on product design, with strong involvement in product development execution and cross-functional coordination. The Product Designer will work closely with the Product Development Manager to execute against business priorities while taking full ownership of their assigned product categories and design deliverables. Occasional graphic and surface design support will also be part of the role. Experience with Industrial Design makes you a top candidate.


Please Note: This role requires prior experience designing physical consumer products and surface applications for manufacturing. Web, agency, or purely digital design backgrounds are not a fit for this position.


What You’ll Do:


Product Design & Execution

  • Design and develop consumer products from concept through production handoff
  • Translate creative direction and business priorities into well-resolved, production-ready designs
  • Create detailed specifications including materials, construction, CMF direction, and manufacturing requirements
  • Ensure design intent is maintained through sampling and final production


Product Development Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Product Development Manager to execute against timelines, costing targets, and retailer requirements
  • Prepare production-ready files, CAD models, mechanicals, and documentation for manufacturing
  • Communicate technical details clearly to factories to support accurate execution
  • Review samples, identify issues, and propose practical, manufacturable solutions


Category Ownership

  • Take responsibility for assigned product categories, managing design tasks from concept to completion
  • Conduct competitive reviews and trend research to inform product updates and newness
  • Continuously refine and improve products based on feedback and performance


Graphic & Surface Support

  • Apply and adapt surface artwork across product formats
  • Support packaging layouts, production mechanicals, and related graphic needs as required
  • Ensure visual consistency and strong product storytelling across categories


What You Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Product Design (preferred)
  • 5+ years of consumer product design experience through production
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design process and shipped products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes / understanding of print production and surface application is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage assigned projects independently

The Media Manager's primary responsibility is to facilitate the acquisition, organization, maintenance, and distribution of all of Tennis Channel's media.

Reporting to the Director of Media and working closely with the entire team of media managers, this position is expected to play a vital role in all the video and audio needs of Tennis Channel's traditional broadcast network, OTT offerings, and third-party collaborations.

Working in Avid Media Composer to ingest, transcode and consolidate media files.

Manage file movement, ingest, metadata organization, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, transcoding and encoding files.

Display technical acumen with file codecs, frame rates, and video resolutions.

Stay current with all file-based technology including camera codecs, wrappers, and encoding workflows.

Provide expertise/knowledge on best practices, working with engineering on maintaining our production systems.

Collaborate with other media management staff to ensure proper workflows are followed and fulfill daily requests and records.

Provide support for various show productions by ingesting and transferring media to the control rooms.

Troubleshoot Avid Media Composer issues and workflow breakdowns as they arise.

Create and manage all Avid projects including original programming, promos, pregame shows, matches, teases, and daily requests.

Direct the work and task priorities for a team of Post PAs.

Manage hard drive inventory, LTO tape stock, and physical tape library Manage Tennis Channel’s cloud based workflows.

Work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Also, occasional overnight shifts based on business needs such as when live tennis is in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
