Responsibilities:
Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from Senior Document Control clerk.
Assignments are completed efficiently and on time.
Ensures quality for completed personal work assignments.
Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, forms and other documents using company or client word processors. Types and proofreads from dictation or draft by others.
Organizes and maintains project files under close supervision.
Operates equipment, i.e. padding machine, binding, paper cutter to produce document packages per instructions from requestor.
May operate reproduction equipment such as blueprint, high-speed copiers, offset devices, etc. to produce legible documents.
Reports to the Senior Document Control Clerk for team or group assignment and determination of standards.
May receive direction and/or work from other managers/supervisors.
Accommodates needs from all employees for file management and document processing.
Works pursuant to direction in a consistent manner according to established procedures.
May require direction to appropriately accommodate new circumstances.
Develops a familiarity with engineering, construction, and process terminology.
Uses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, typewriters, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
Qualifications:
Holistic understanding of Document Management, Information Management, and Self-guided, confident in their field, and able to adapt/learn on the fly.
Understanding of how information technology works and how it's utilized in these instances.
Software Experience Required: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and EDMS
Education Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry work experience.

Role Focus:
The primary responsibility of these roles is to provide Quality Control (QC) oversight at off-site repair shops, specifically supporting valve repair activities. Technicians are not stationed within the plant during turnarounds, but instead work at external repair locations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Travel to designated off-site repair shops.
- Verify that instrument and valve repair work meets all required standards and specifications.
- Inspect hold points during the valve repair process to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Job Overview
The Turnaround QA Technicians act as the primary interface between contractor QC inspectors, QA Coordinators, and other members of the turnaround team. Their main duty is to monitor contractor performance in the field—helping ensure the quality of work meets plant expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of the day in assigned areas observing contractor activities.
- Audit contractor flange inspections for proper execution by Qualified Flange Inspectors.
- Audit contractor flange make-up to ensure compliance with the Site Flange Makeup Procedure.
- Audit contractor work for adherence to plant procedures, EMETL practices, and pipe specifications.
- Spot check materials (nuts, bolts, gaskets, piping, valves, etc.) for correct installation and green PMI tags. If not PMI’ed, items must be re-verified or replaced.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage as per G8S-6500-10 (“Welding Material Control”), G8S-6500-11 (“Materials Segregation”), and contractor’s TA Quality Plan.
- Spot check leak detection tubing installation.
- Validate completion of touch-up/repair painting; ensure contractor QCs are tracking repairs.
- Assist inspectors with photos, documentation, etc., at hold or witness points as needed.
- Verify that contractor quality checklists and reports are completed and submitted according to the TA Quality Plan.
- Review documentation upon completion, organize field walks and sign-offs per the RTO process, and collaborate with contractor QA representatives to close punch lists.
- Learn and verify tubing fitting assembly; ensure correct procedures are followed.
- Cooperate with QAQC team and TACs for RTO systems/jobs; organize field walks and log deficiencies.
- Forward documents requiring archiving to the TA documenter.
- Generate non-conformance reports for deviations from plant or contractor practices, specifications, procedures, or TA Quality Plans.
- Update the Quality Team shift activity log for effective communication across shifts.
- Comply with all EH&S and LHC TA Safety Plan requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of chemical plant and skilled craft experience
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Access)
- Ability to work effectively in a team; good interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current, valid US driver’s license

The EH&S Technician provides on-site Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) field support in Plaquemine, Louisiana. This role primarily focuses on worker safety, OSHA compliance, and EPA compliance through active engagement in the field.

As the central point of schedule intelligence, this role is critical for maintaining project alignment and ensuring timely execution across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, integrate, and maintain comprehensive master project schedules across all phases: Front-End Loading, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, and Start-up/Commissioning.
- Establish schedule baselines and support ongoing performance reporting to ensure projects remain within approved timelines and tolerances.
- Gather and coordinate schedule data inputs from various disciplines and functions for accurate forecasting, resource loading, and reporting.
