IN A NUTSHELL

The A&E Manager is responsible for preparing detailed architectural and engineering drawings and specifications for MD7 clients within the telecom industry. The A&E Manager will ensure all drawings follow company standards and state and local codes and ordinances. Additionally, the A&E Manager will attend site visits as necessary to obtain field measurements and photos to complete the drawings. The A&E Manager will ensure compliance and delivery on all telecommunication projects, in such a manner as to provide the highest quality of services to MD7 customers.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Leads and supports a team to achieve goals through clear direction, collaboration, and accountability. Oversees daily operations while fostering growth, performance, and a positive work environment.
• Accurately and effectively prepare architectural & engineering drawings, analysis, and specifications by agreed upon deadlines.
• Ensure drawings adhere to company standards, as well as state and local codes/ordinances.
• Drive visibility into task assignments and departmental progress via MD7's proprietary reporting platforms.
• Support Director of Architecture & Engineering as needed for projects and special assignments
• 50% Preparation of architectural & engineering drawings, analysis, and specifications utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other proprietary calculation sheets.
• 15% Modify drawings and analysis per redline mark-ups from A&E staff.
• 15% Ensure drawings are following company standards and state and local codes and ordinances.
• 10% Manage departmental workflows, including tracking, task assignment, and performance reporting
• 5% Attend field site walks to obtain site measurements and photos of field conditions.
• 5% Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by Director of A&E Operations.

DO YOU BRING?

• Certification in technical drafting (preferred not required)
• Active professional license with plan-stamping authority (preferred not required)
• Experience preparing architectural, electrical, and structural drawings for wireless carriers within the telecom industry, as well as EV infrastructure projects
• Experience creating construction drawings
• Good working knowledge of architectural and engineering practices, methods, and procedures.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software. Proficiency with AutoCAD tools, including Fields, Dynamic Blocks, and Design Center.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Advanced Excel skills for calculations and organization.
• Advanced skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Word).
• Ability to manage one's own time and to properly prioritize tasks to complete projects accurately and on time, consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to sit, research and process documents on a computer for long periods at a time required.

We are seeking a talented UX / UI Designer (Product Owner - Marketing Technology) to elevate the end-to-end customer experience across our web platform, mobile applications, kiosks, and in-store digital touchpoints. This role is responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and functional designs that enhance engagement, usability, and brand consistency.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design and implement user-centered solutions from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities

You will be a key contributor within our product organization, working closely with cross‑functional teams—including Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, Engineering, and Consulting—to translate business strategy into actionable product outcomes.

In this leadership role, you will represent the voice of the end user, influence technical and business decisions, and empower Agile teams to deliver high‑value, high‑quality solutions for healthcare payer clients.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and collaborate with peers to define the modernization roadmap for QNXT, ensuring alignment with business use cases and strategic objectives.
• Apply strong technical and business acumen to guide and support multi‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Serve as an Agile Product Owner leader, partnering closely with Product Management and technical stakeholders to define and align requirements with customer and internal expectations.
• Act as the voice of the end user, focusing Agile delivery teams on achieving outcomes—not just completing tasks.
• Own and manage the product backlog, refine future deliverables, and adjust the overall product roadmap based on evolving business needs.
• Translate business and technical strategies into execution‑ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and product definitions.
• Clearly articulate team goals, priorities, and product strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Provide continuous feedback on in‑progress work, clarify requirements, and help remove impediments to maintain momentum.
• Review team deliverables for completeness, quality, and long‑term supportability.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine resource needs required to achieve product goals.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and self‑organization.
• Mentor Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers, providing guidance and support to strengthen team capability.
• Influence leadership decisions using strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Support a culture of continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing across teams.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• 5–6 years of experience in software development, architecture delivery, or technical product ownership.
• 5–6 years of experience motivating and influencing technical or business teams as a lead.
• 5–6 years of experience within the healthcare payer industry.
• Strong servant leadership approach, with the ability to inspire teams and drive meaningful outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate technical goals and architectural strategies into business and operational value.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and practices.

These will help you stand out:

• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience in healthcare payer administration or healthcare software development.
• Experience working with Product Owners across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of QNXT or similar healthcare administration platforms.
• Experience or familiarity with:
  • Azure services / infrastructure
  • .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular
  • MS SQL
  • Kafka / AMQP
  • Cloud PaaS / SaaS solutions
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
  • Large‑scale system architecture (full‑stack supportability)

• Strong analytical and critical‐thinking abilities, with the ability to guide teams toward solving complex problems.
• Ability to coach and influence in multicultural and cross‑functional environments.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
