We’re looking for a Piping Designer who is ready to take the next step in their career by contributing to complex industrial and commercial facility projects. As a key part of our design team, you’ll help deliver high quality piping layouts and coordinated 3D models that support construction, operations, and long-term facility performance.
As a Career-Level Piping Designer, you’ll independently develop piping designs, potentially lead portions of project scope, and coordinate directly with engineers and other disciplines. You will provide technical input on constructability, model quality, and design standards while supporting workshare execution and contributing to estimating and change-management discussions. This hybrid position requires weekly attendance (2 days) in a Client approved office location. The preferred locations are Portland, OR / Phoenix, AZ / Pittsburgh, PA / Boise, ID. What You’ll Do
• Develop complete piping layouts, routing, and model content in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, or CADWorx with minimal direction.
• Apply advanced piping design principles, including pipe sizing, routing optimization, and discipline coordination.
• Lead equipment arrangement efforts and incorporate detailed vendor data into models and drawings.
• Produce piping plans, sections, isometrics, and details in alignment with CClient's standards and project requirements.
• Review and resolve multi discipline comments, clashes, and design issues using model-based coordination.
• Identify scope changes, design impacts, and potential constructability concerns and communicate them proactively.
• Support development of person-hour estimates, task planning, and design sequencing for assigned work.
• Coordinate with global workshare teams by providing clear task instructions, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring model consistency and quality.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This position will require site presence to support our Copper World Project in Tucson, AZ.
The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering and project design activities across various study phases (concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, EPCM, and EPC). This position will oversee the integration of multidisciplinary design teams, ensure compliance with project scope and technical standards, and provide leadership to ensure project objectives are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Main functions include (but not limited to):
- Engineering and discipline project design activities relating to concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility studies, EPCM and EPC projects.
- Manage engineering teams in projects and across large studies with a project delivery focus.
- Provide leadership and support to the Engineering team through supervision, mentoring, training, and motivation to produce engineering deliverables for projects and studies.
- Lead, co-ordinate and manage all engineering and design functions for a study / project.
- Ensures areas of uncertainty are highlighted and actions are taken to address them.
- Promotes collaboration with other functional groups and stakeholders for engineering matters.

Proven experience working in an EPCM project delivery environment.
Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination and project execution.
Experience supporting or leading projects in copper or other base metals.
Demonstrated ability to manage engineering design, cost, and schedule performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and with clients.

Design Engineer - Millwork - Base Salary to 100k/year - Phoenix, AZ
- Our client is an industry leading millwork company with a robust customer base in the hotel, casino, ballroom, and restaurant industry. The team is seeking an additional Design Engineer to help with creating new process drawings for custom orders.
- The Design Engineer will develop and submit all drawings for new commercial millwork and casework fabrication using Microvellum.

The Bike Shop in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Fabrication Lead Tech who will work in the mechanical fabrication shop, executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional quality level, while collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced, integrated team environment. The position interacts daily with fellow support technicians and engineers, to successfully meet the prototype and test manufacturing needs of our internal and external engineering customers.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Quick-turn machining of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies from metal and non-metal materials utilizing precision manual mills and lathes
Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools
Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings
Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required
Work in a multi-program-controlled area.
Report to the Mechanical Prototyping and Fabrication Section Lead within the Engineering Prototyping and Fabrication department (the Bike Shop)

A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience independently operating manual mills and lathes.
