The position will be responsible to provide site safety leadership, ensure facility compliance with company’s safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.   • Emergency Action Plan. In conjunction with facilities and engineering, ensure company’s EAP is current and implemented. Ensure appropriate individuals are trained in the processes and procedures should the plan be activated.
  • Ensure and coordinate all forklift drivers, machine operators, sanitation workers, mechanics, DOT drivers are licensed accordingly, trained and with compliance.
  • Maintain companies Personal Protective Equipment, Machine Safety & Equipment usage, Lockout/Tagout, Hazardous Communication etc. are communicated to employees accordingly, and training is performed as required.
  • Ensure Record Keeping and Posting Requirements documentation are maintained per mandated record retention regulations.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings.
  • Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly inspections of both plant facilities and report any and all concerns to management.
  • Works with Human Resources Management to conduct monthly employee committee meetings.

Candidates will be operating a brand-new Embraer Praetor 600, outfitted with the latest in aviation technology. All crew members are required to live within a four-hour radius of ILG, have international flight experience, and must be type-rated on the EMB550.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Flight Safety and Operations

  • Ensure all flight, crew, and trip activities comply with company and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive flight planning, performance, and weight and balance calculations for each assignment.
  • Lead pre-flight briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to identify and mitigate risks.

Valid Driver’s license required with background check Job Details Interested candidates should be a Licensed Structural Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with a minimum of 4 years of structural design and ACAD experience, bachelor's degree in structural engineering from an ABET-accredited university, working knowledge in Structural modeling software (Ram Steel, Risa, Enercalc, etc.) and proficient in ACAD Detailing / Drafting for Building plans.

Individual must be also proficient at written and verbal communication.

If you are selected to join our team, you will collaborate with fellow EIT’s, PE’s, and CAD technicians and develop commercial building structural designs and construction drawings.

We primarily work on low to medium rise structures (5 stories and less).

This position requires having the ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects, and contractors.
