Hourly Rate: $27-32/hour – 3-month Contract to Hire POSITION SUMMARY General industrial plant maintenance, repair, and installation with emphasis on daily workflow and PM activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Daily follow-up with departmental assignments, checking on progress and proper completion.

Help to facilitate as needed with instruction or parts.

Report progress multiple times daily to the department supervisor.

Create, update, maintain, and prioritize preventive maintenance actions relating to facilities and maintenance.

Oversee and facilitate action to completion.

Help keep parts inventory, including developing a min/max system to facilitate stocking and ordering.

Repair and maintenance electrical work focuses on repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.

Report issues to the maintenance supervisor.

Perform accredited calibration on a wide variety of electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment.

Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
