As a Solution Manager for Registration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. Qualifications

5-8 years of experience providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution teams.

Join our client as a Senior Systems Architect & Integration Engineer supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force at the heart of national security. As a senior principal engineer, you will build and own the platforms that our systems run on. You will build high scale, high throughput APIs to serve millions of customers. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the UX for our customers searching and browsing for products on Gopuff.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the technical architecture and design of our business domains. The right candidate will have the technical aptitude to drive good technology choices through collaboration with empowered teams. Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of business critical results and impact to the engineering department. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering consistently great experiences within our engineering team.

• Lead cross functional projects across multiple teams impacting the success of the larger organization
• Lead technical discussions, design/architect and implement solutions to scale
• Support standard development practices across multiple teams, including idiomatic syntax, design patterns, and test driven development
• Evangelize impactful improvements in our technologies
• Scope, decompose, and organize projects for multiple teammates. Delegate tasks and coordinate teammates to bring those projects to completion with minimal oversight. Generate time estimates with reasonable accuracy to help determine project timelines.
• Trace bugs across the entire software stack, including into the OS, libraries, virtual machine and compiler if necessary
• Implement and monitor analytics to ensure the correctness of the business process
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications
• Promote and support GoPuff Engineering's culture of inclusion and diversity.

• 10+ years engineering experience with a proven track record as an engineer building scalable publicly facing web sites preferably in start-up environments or early stage companies
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Proven experience in a senior engineering role with increasing responsibility
• Experience leading technical discussions including evaluation and design of technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Need to effectively communicate strategy, technical direction, priorities and collaborate with other engineering leads.
• Demonstrated success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
• Demonstrated ability to mentor a team, and lead without direction.
• Proficiency with SQL, Postgres, Java, Go (golang), and/or nodejs
• An in-depth and hands on knowledge of data structures, algorithms and modern web and/or cloud technologies

Step into Your New Role

As a Construction Inspector-Senior, you will perform general construction inspection tasks to verify compliance standards codes, and ordinances, zoning regulations, as well as contract plans, specifications, and special provisions. Projects will consist of bridges, roadways, and environmental components to these services. This position is available in Northern Virginia, Richmond, Lynchburg, Christiansburg, and Hampton Roads areas of VA.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects and monitors construction sites and the various work activities on these sites to verify adherence to standards, codes, and specifications.
• Prepares and submits daily reports documenting inspections and other relevant project information.
• Must adhere to all project contract documentation and testing of materials associated with inspections.
• Assists in the preparation of contract change orders, contract estimates, progress pay estimates, and other documents or reports required by the project.
• Verifies lines and grades of project improvements.
• Coordinate and perform field testing of materials associated with inspection as required.
• Implement quantity calculations for pay estimates.
• Performs analytical calculations such as basic earthwork, grading, profiles, and special staking procedures.
• Communicates verbally and in writing with contractor, owner, and project stakeholders as directed.
• Ability to act as the on-site Administrator in the absence of the on-site Administrator.
• May direct and coordinate assigned staff as well as mentor's technical expertise with others.
• Actively participate in Kleinfelder's Safety Programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in the field or in trade-related training in a design, construction inspection, construction materials engineering/testing, or other construction related field.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Knowledge and experience with equipment used in construction inspection, and field testing of construction materials.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
• Able to work independently, make routine decisions concerning construction work progress.
• Current/valid State Driver's License REQUIRED with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a fingerprint/background check.
• Construction field materials testing certifications, i.e. Asphalt, concrete, workzone, pavement marking, environmental, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent to include courses in related work type.
