Overview

We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Software Engineer to play a key, hands-on role in evolving and scaling a high-volume eCommerce platform. This role partners closely with engineering leadership, product, and business stakeholders to improve site performance, conversion, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong systems thinking, and the ability to independently own complex initiatives end-to-end.

This is a hands-on senior role, not a purely managerial position.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development, architecture, and optimization of a large-scale eCommerce platform
• Own and improve product catalog and SKU management practices, including data integrity, taxonomy, and inventory synchronization
• Optimize site performance, search, navigation, and user experience to drive conversion and engagement
• Diagnose and resolve production issues in high-traffic, revenue-critical systems
• Design and enhance search, filtering, and merchandising capabilities for large product catalogs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, merchandising, operations, marketing, and IT teams
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices, documentation, and repeatable processes
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (conversion rate, site speed, AOV, bounce rate, catalog coverage)
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in eCommerce or large-scale web application development
• Strong hands-on experience managing large product catalogs and complex data models
• Proven ability to improve site performance, reliability, and conversion at scale
• Experience integrating with search platforms, CMS, ERP, PIM, and third-party services
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through production
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

SEO Manager

We are a PR agency seeking an SEO Manager who is both strategic and highly execution-focused—someone equally comfortable presenting recommendations to clients as they are implementing them directly in the CMS or codebase.

This role sits at the intersection of search strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and web infrastructure. You will support SEO initiatives across a portfolio of client accounts as well as owned digital properties, with a strong emphasis on hands-on auditing, implementation, testing, and continuous optimization.

While this role contributes to overall SEO strategy and planning, success is driven by execution. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building, fixing, and optimizing, not just recommending—bringing strategies to life through real implementation across traditional search engines and Generative Optimization Engines (GEO), including AI-powered search experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Facing SEO Strategy & Execution

• Serve as a strategic SEO partner for client accounts, translating business goals into actionable search initiatives
• Communicate SEO insights, priorities, and performance clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Balance strategic planning with direct execution across multiple accounts and internal properties

SEO Execution & Optimization

• Execute on-page, technical, and off-page SEO initiatives across client websites and owned properties

• Implement SEO recommendations directly (HTML, CSS, CMS updates, tagging, schema markup)

Generative & AI Search Optimization (GEO)

Web, Engineering & Technical Collaboration

• Evaluate traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions to inform optimization efforts
• Produce clear, actionable reports for both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to algorithm updates and evolving search behavior

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Proven technical SEO execution experience
• Experience supporting Generative Optimization Engine (GEO) or AI-search initiatives
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress required; others a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with SEO and analytics tools

About the Role

The Estimator will for prepare and manage estimating, risk analysis, bids, proposals, and contract administration for projects. This includes leading the bid review process, ensuring submission of proposals or bid delivery to customers, and preparing final bids/proposals.

Responsibilities

• Input and update all opportunities into the project management system’s database.
• Review and supply managers with a project survey from sales to determine risk and feasibility of potential projects.
• Procure all plans and specifications for all projects accepted by management.
• Maintain an estimating database of history and costs.
• Obtain all required job survey information by visiting the job sites.
• Review and finalize project surveys.
• Procure sub-contractor quotes.

Title: AI Research Scientist

Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and analyze machine learning experiments, establishing strong baselines and selecting appropriate evaluation metrics.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI research; identify, adapt, and validate novel techniques for company-specific use cases.
• Define rigorous evaluation protocols, including offline metrics, user studies, and adversarial (red team) testing to ensure statistical soundness.
• Specify data and annotation requirements; develop annotation guidelines and oversee quality control processes.
• Collaborate closely with domain experts, product managers, and engineering teams to refine problem statements and operational constraints.
• Develop reusable research assets such as datasets, modular code components, evaluation suites, and comprehensive documentation.
• Work alongside ML Engineers to optimize training and inference pipelines, ensuring seamless integration into production systems.

Educational Qualifications:

Industry Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML research roles, ideally in applied or product-focused environments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering research-driven solutions that have been deployed in production.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams across research, engineering, and product.
• Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with PEFT/LoRA, adapters, fine-tuning techniques, and RLHF/RLAIF (e.g., PPO, DPO, GRPO).
• Ability to read, implement, and adapt state-of-the-art research papers to real-world use cases.
• Proficiency in hypothesis-driven experimentation, ablation studies, and statistically sound evaluations.
• Advanced programming skills in Python (preferred), C++, or Java.
