Manufacturing Engineer Technical Lead

A leading aerospace manufacturer in Stuart, FL is hiring a Technical Lead – Manufacturing Engineering (On‑Site).

This role supports complex aircraft engine component production and focuses on process development, manufacturability, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong aerospace machining experience, CNC knowledge, and the ability to lead engineering initiatives across a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process development, tooling strategy, and manufacturability improvements

• Solve complex technical issues and support new product introduction

• Guide and mentor Product & Process Engineers

• Drive Six Sigma, DOE, and continuous improvement projects

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers

• Support audits, quality investigations, and process optimization

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Manufacturing Engineering

• 7+ years in aerospace or manufacturing machining

• Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM (Siemens NX preferred)

• U.S. work authorization (ITAR/EAR‑regulated work)

Preferred:

• Leadership experience

• Strong GD&T knowledge

• Lean/Six Sigma experience

• ERP/MRP familiarity
