Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree or an MBA would be an advantage.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the engineering industry.
3.
Proficiency in trend analysis, budget proposals, job cost accounting, and regulatory compliance.
4.
Experience in working with project managers to understand profitability and resource allocation.
5.
Familiarity with audit package requirements for FDOT, USEPA, FHWA.
