Position Overview:

Meta Power Solutions is seeking a Service Dispatch and Client Relations Manager to handle customer-facing issue resolution and service dispatch. This role blends case management, technical understanding of Power Generation/electrical equipment, and outstanding customer service to resolve issues efficiently while preserving client trust.

This position is on site M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at our Lake Park, Florida office and IS NOT OPEN FOR REMOTE WORK. There could be relocation assistance for the right candidate but we prefer local candidates with prevsious CS and Dispatch experience in a National setting in Electrical Services.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage service calls and dispatch for 3 service technicians. Receive, triage, and manage customer-facing issues related to transformers, switchboards, and associated equipment; document case details, severity, remediation and document in Salesforce.
• Documentation of every aspect of cases in Salesforce.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, field technicians, engineering, and operations to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Lead root cause analysis for escalated cases; coordinate corrective actions, preventive measures, and follow-up to ensure issue closure.
• Provide timely case updates to customers and internal stakeholders; communicate clearly about timelines, actions taken, and expected resolutions and document in Salesforce accordingly.
• Coordinate warranty, service, and repair activities; manage service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
• Proactively identify patterns or recurring problems; initiate continuous improvement initiatives (training, process changes, documentation updates).
• Maintain a customer-centric mindset, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Prepare post-resolution reports and summary communications for customers and internal leadership.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of 5-10 years Electrical Industry customer service or Project Management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience dealing with electrical equipment installations or service, with a focus on transformers and switchboards, including hands-on or field service background (preferred).
• Local to Lake Park, Florida, or within a reasonable commutable distance.
• Salesforce experience required (minimum 5 years) for case management, ticketing, and customer data management; ability to create, track, and close cases efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Outstanding responsiveness and communication skills; ability to translate technical information for non-technical customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; proactive in driving timely resolutions.
• Customer service mindset with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Preferred qualifications:

• Background in electrical engineering, electrical trade, or technical field service.
• Certification in customer service management or problem-solving methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma) a plus.

General Description of Position:

Principal Mechanical Engineer to oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects within the Building Services Group. MEP engineering design for commercial, institutional, industrial, municipal, and residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects. The candidate shall have expertise in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing system design, as well as in energy efficiency retrofits and energy management systems. They can solve complex problems innovatively and manage people, processes, and projects effectively. We seek someone who can coach, teach, and mentor other engineers. The candidate will be responsible for designing projects, preparing reports and specifications, and providing a very high level of technical leadership.

Essential Functions of the Position:

Leadership and Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and designers across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.

Project Oversight

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems design and implementation expertise.
• Proficient in industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering analysis tools.

Work Environment:

The Construction Manager oversees all phases of construction projects – from planning through closeouts – to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This position manages field supervisors, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, safety standards, and company procedures. The Construction Manager serves as the key point of contact between field operations, project management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight – Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities including fiber, coax, wireless, and OSP & ISP infrastructure builds.
• Scheduling & Coordination – Develop and maintain project schedules, crew resources, materials, and equipment are properly allocated for each project.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor field supervisors, foremen, and construction crews to promote safety, quality, and performance.
• Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project budgets, control labor and material costs, and assist with change order management.

• PO Approvals – Ensure all POs are reviewed, approved, and are aligned with company policies.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in telecom construction (fiber, coax, copper, or wireless) with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure, including aerial, and underground fiber, conduit, coax systems, and wireless construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawing, maps, and project documentation.
• Experience using project management and scheduling software and tools.
• Strong understanding of OSHA and DOT standards relevant to telecom construction standards.
• Familiarity with as-built documentation, and fiber management systems.
