Role Overview

As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the consumer and partner experience for Flex, transforming the traditional, often fragmented $90B+ moving, storage and last-mile delivery industry into a customer-first service with a Wow experience online and offline. You will apply your analytical, strategic, and people intelligence to develop and execute a roadmap that elevates our consumer experience to the high ecommerce standard, and supports growth through enterprise partnerships.

This role is open to USA remote, with need-based travel to our offices. Regardless of location, you'll be expected to work EST hours.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for the product area, aligning it with company-wide growth goals.
• Customer Experience Elevation: Bring a deep understanding of our current and future user base. Build products that meet modern high-tier e-commerce standards, and truly add value to the users and the business, aiming to transform the fragmented offline moving processes into a seamless, \"Wow\" online experience.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration between engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and sales & business development to ship innovative products and solve high-ambiguity challenges.
• Enterprise Partnerships: Develop and execute on a platform that is extensible and customizable to support large-scale growth through national and local partnerships.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize deep analytical intelligence to track product performance, and rapidly iterate to optimize the products.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to executive leadership and the whole company, ensuring awareness and alignment across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Deep Product Expertise: 10+ years of product management experience which must include a track record of impactful mobile-first consumer conversion and engagement products, as well as B2B products.
• Industry & Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketplace operations, online to offline workflows, and the technology stacks that power them.
• Strategic & Analytical Intelligence: Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product specifications using data-driven insights. Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools is required.
• Technical Acumen: Experience working with engineering teams on service-oriented architectures, APIs, and data-driven systems without necessarily being a coder.
• People Intelligence & Influence: Exceptional ability to lead by influence within the organization.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a bonus.

Manufacturing Engineer

Owen Daniels is currently partnered with a world leader in aerospace technology. They are a global brand who covers the full lifecycle of aircraft components, including design, manufacturing, and in-service support. They are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their MRO facility in Miami, FL.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and review of manufacturing processes
• Take responsibility for manufacturing and assembly of both new and existing products
• Improve manufacturing and test processes - optimize for quality, cost and safety
• Lead fixture and tooling design - both for 3d printing and machining
• Ensure procedures and processes comply with regulations
• Interface with customers on investigation and repair projects as required

Central Civil Construction is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our team executing construction projects across South Florida, including airports, seaports, roadways, and private developments. This role may be based on a project site or in our head office and provides critical support to the Project Management and Project Supervision teams. The Project Engineer also contributes to preconstruction activities such as estimating, scheduling, planning, and buyout. This position offers hands-on experience across all aspects of construction, providing an excellent foundation for career growth in Estimating and Project Management.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, and coordination of work.
• Perform Document Control (RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders, Etc.) and data entry.
• Track daily productions of crews, subcontractors, for schedule updates and pay requisitions.
• Document jobsite progress and complete reports as required.
• Assist in other areas or responsibilities are required or assigned by his supervisor.
• Manage Hauling requirements. Working with approved outside carriers to obtain haul rates and availability and Central trucking resources.
• Manage soil erosion control facilities, labor and equipment.
• Manage material deliveries.
• Dispatching notifications to suppliers and carriers
• Timely reporting of hauling data, including tickets verification of deliveries/billing.
• Updating resources timely to meet documentation deadlines.
• Ability to prepare a variety of reports, excel, Procore.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, owners, engineers, consultants, and fellow employees.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in related discipline, ie. Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
• Internship in construction related field a plus.
• 3yrs + experience as a Field Engineer/Project Engineer.
• Knowledge of Procore software a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Plan Grid and Bluebeam a plus
• Must have or obtain OSHA 10 Certification within a month of hiring.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter with professional communication skills is essential.
• Abilities in software applications, word, excel, outlook.
• Ability to train and become proficient in construction software applications; Procore, P-6, HCSS, Hard Dollar, Blue Beam

The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ location. What You Will Do 

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts

• Perform and execute integration, verification and testing and/or provide Systems Engineering support during the test.

• Support system performance analysis, and Integration and Test

• Model the system and the system development and production processes using Cameo

• Participate in Failure Investigations

• Conduct Trade Studies and present results to customers

• Perform test planning to develop and implement test plans, and procedures.

• Prepare integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments

• Create and present technical data for design reviews and in preparation for test events.

• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.

• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to ensure optimal system performance and to verify requirements.

• Support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and test

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong commercial profile, focused on Hospitality and high-end commercial developments. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining business development, client management, and project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with developers, hotel groups, architects, designers, and general contractors.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the hospitality and luxury commercial sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and specification to negotiation and project execution support.
