For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional First Officer to join our Part 91 corporate flight department operating a Gulfstream G650 based in Greensboro, North Carolina.


This is a full-time position. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the Greensboro area.


This position supports executive leadership through domestic and international operations and plays an important role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and service standards of the department. As part of a dedicated two-pilot team, the selected candidate will contribute to flight operations, planning, aircraft readiness, and the overall passenger experience.


Department Environment

Our flight department operates a single Gulfstream G650 in support of executive travel. As a small, highly collaborative team, we value professionalism, accountability, discretion, and a commitment to operational excellence.


The First Officer will work closely with the Chief Pilot in all aspects of flight operations and will be positioned for future Captain upgrade consideration based on performance, leadership development, and operational needs.


Schedule & Quality of Life

This Part 91 operation emphasizes long-range planning and schedule predictability. In most cases, trips are scheduled with approximately 60 days of advance visibility.


While flexibility is essential in corporate aviation, short-notice trips are infrequent and typically occur only under rare or unexpected circumstances.

Job Purpose

The MRB Design Engineer - Structures & Systems reviews defects, establishes root cause, provides an acceptable disposition to repair the discrepant condition using engineering principles and determines if corrective action is required.

Key Accountabilities

1. Reviews discrepancy documents to fully understand non-conforming aircraft structure or systems affecting production or flight test aircraft. A priority will be given to engineers who possess skill sets in both structures and various systems.

2. Develops repair dispositions. Ensures that the proposed repair is structurally and functionally equivalent to the blueprint design and that it will not affect systems functionality.

3. Provides on site technical support, including interpretation of Engineering drawings, specifications, test procedures, and other systems related documents.

5. Initiates design and process changes to correct design errors, resolve complex, chronic manufacturing problems to improve produce-ability and cost of the aircraft.

2. 5+ years experience of MRB type design and/or repair of aircraft structures & systems.

 About this Position: 

The PE Procurement Unit Lead provides direct procurement support to AHM North Carolina Manufacturing Division by supervising and leading a procurement team to establish New Model cost/sourcing, to manage Mass Production cost/sourcing, and to execute business strategies with other AHM Powersports functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Distribute work as required to ensure timely completion of duties and deliverables. Lead the team to balance priorities, negotiate with suppliers, analyze cost quotations/fluctuations, judge supplier competitiveness, and realize business plan objectives.
  • Evaluate maker layout proposals to ensure readiness for final approval. Lead creation and implementation of sourcing and cost reduction strategies by defining actionable steps to the team and bridging gaps with other areas of the business to drive support and execution. Escalate issues and report progress to Management as needed.
  • Ensure the team is collaborating frequently to create an environment of strong communication and strive to develop smooth workflows. Promote strong internal and external relationships among suppliers and across SEDB.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating field activities, maintaining project documentation, assisting with estimating, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Assistant Project Manager works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, and clients to help manage project planning, scheduling, purchasing, change orders, and documentation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and scheduling project activities
  • Support budgeting, purchasing control, profit projections, and change order processing
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and file management
  • Coordinate material requirements to ensure timely delivery to job sites
  • Assist with project estimates and proposal preparation
  • Participate in job planning meetings, progress meetings, and site visits
  • Support development of project pre-qualification materials
  • Provide administrative and office support as needed
  • Communicate project updates, issues, or changes to the Project Manager in a timely manner
  • Travel to job sites or other company locations as required

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and effectively use project management software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience maintaining confidential and detailed records
  • Team-oriented with professional communication skills

Education & Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Four-year electrical apprenticeship graduate
  • OR five (5) years of field-related experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction
  • Extensive administrative experience, preferably in construction or service industry
