Summary and Objective

A&P Licensed Maintenance Controllers communicate directly with pilots regarding Aircraft Airworthiness and facilitate maintenance support when needed. The Maintenance Control Center (MCC) monitors all aspects of the maintenance process from AOG (Aircraft on Ground) to RTS (return to service).

Essential functions

Required education and experience

Insight Global is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist responsible for enabling the certification and approval of products for one of our largest manufcaturing companies. This self-motivated, hands-on individual will be vital in informing the engineering teams of regulatory issues during the design process, developing and implementing pre-compliance test plans, and coordinating testing at both internal and external laboratories to comply with UL, CSA, IEC, NSF and other international regulatory requirements. This individual will be an integral part of the Engineering Services team, interfacing with outside regulatory labs and agencies, and working with Pentair’s internal team of engineers and technicians. A successful candidate will be highly organized and capable of tracking multiple projects through varying stages of development, while maintaining day-to-day oversight of compliance to regulatory standards for existing products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play an integral role, serving as a product compliance expert, in the development of aquatic products/solutions as both an individual contributor and team leader.
• Assist with the technical understanding on the required agency standards during the design, development, and prototyping process of pool products
• Serve as a direct interface and facilitator between internal development teams and UL, ETL, TUV and other regulatory agencies.

About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and production scheduling for the plant. This role will also be responsible for managing the supply chain, including raw material/packaging inventory and customer order fulfillment. This role involves leading the Production team, maintaining compliance, and implementing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor and production employees.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and legal requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc) while also ensuring adherence to TCP Analytical policies and procedures (time and attendance, behavior expectations, performance standards).
• Make scheduling and staffing determinations to ensure the on-time and in full completion of customer orders.

• Coach, train, and develop as needed to ensure site compliance in documentation practices.
• Prepare appropriate shipping documents and prepare all products for shipping.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping details with carriers, with a focus on improving on-time delivery, while minimizing logistics costs for the Barker site.
• Communicate with customers on status of orders, scheduling details, and finalization of shipping documents and required items per customer requests.
• Input customer orders into the Chempak ERP system.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of orders being entered.
• Work between leadership, quality, and production teams to ensure realistic and achievable timelines for on-time delivery.
• Support the expansion of EHS programs at the Barker site, including providing leadership to Barker EHS safety team (in development).
• Ensure site audit readiness at all times through the proactive oversight and management of the production and manufacturing areas, including supporting consistent cleaning, organization, and 5S principles for orderly manufacturing operations.
• Provide ownership of deviations and nonconformances resulting from the production area, including leading investigations and inquiries into site identified deviations, supplier corrective action requests, and site initiated corrective action / preventive action (CAPA) tasks.

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
