The Opportunity

As a Manager, Claims Operations you will lead a team of property desk adjusters that handle moderate to complex property claims.

This role leads and is accountable for property, and other claims operations member service employees who are responsible for serving our members, and providing appropriate solutions as they investigate, evaluate and negotiate the claim. Develops engaged employees through regular coaching and feedback to deliver business results. Implements process improvements, provides feedback on the process and leads organizational process changes. What you'll do:

• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

• Inspects and reviews quality of claim files and provide feedback to employees as appropriate.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4+ years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• 6+ years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience to include a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency.

• 2+ years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience.

• Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.

• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills.

• Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months time in role.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $103,450 - $186,210.

What's the Job?

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical equipment supporting critical data center infrastructure

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.

In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.

What You Will Do

• Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data

Pay Range

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

The Corporate Environmental Manager will be responsible for ensuring JM manufacturing facilities are in compliance with applicable regulations, identifying and implementing programs that improve factory environmental performance, communicating environmental issues and progress at all levels in the company, and mentoring and developing factory environmental staff. • Develop and implement environmental compliance systems and programs for JM's factory operations and employees
