The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Team is seeking a Senior Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Lab Test Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO.

The selected candidate will be responsible for box and aircraft level testing to characterize and validate performance of designs to requirements for various communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems and components.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and execution of testing, including the writing of test procedures, data collection, report generation, and program status presentations

  • Support products throughout their lifecycle by gathering project status data and utilizing project management best practices to manage multiple projects through varying stages of completion

  • Gather information to support proposals and new business development efforts

  • Apply engineering knowledge to continuously improve processes and tools

  • Work under consultative guidance with other senior engineering staff

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering

  • Experience with operation of electrical test equipment such as digitizing oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers, EMI receivers, low noise amplifiers, signal generators, multimeters, etc.

  • Willing & able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

BGS is seeking a Computer Hardware and Integration Engineer within Government Training Engineering (GTE) in Hazelwood, MO or Oklahoma City, OK. The GTE Hardware Design team is responsible for the design and development of aircrew & maintenance training devices.
