A Snapshot of Your Day
Will be working on the installation and process parameter selection for components. Operators are also accountable for the safe operation of machines as well as required documentation and verification of components. Proper loading of parts on the fixture and selecting the right program to start the EDM process are the basics of this operation.
How You'll Make an Impact

Will verify that the physical parts' serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router, opening work instructions to ensure proper processes, tools, and methods will be used while using lifting devices to move heavy parts when needed.
Maintaining the flow and quality of parts produced and continuously performing improvement analysis.
Using hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, and screw Drivers and If needed the use of calipers will be required.
Other duties and cross training.

What You Bring

Evidence of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Previous experience on EDM or CNC will be a plus.
Demonstrated mechanical skills and able to stand during working hours for long periods and read Engineering instructions.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
