Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Revit Integrator (BIM Coordinator) to support large-scale construction and facilities initiatives. This is a contract opportunity with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment; however, conversion is not guaranteed.

Although the role is technically remote, it will operate as a hybrid-style position. Candidates must live within 60 miles of Chandler, AZ, as future company policy may require onsite attendance if converted to a full-time role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys improving and standardizing existing work rather than creating models from scratch. The selected candidate will serve as a BIM quality and integration specialist, ensuring external deliverables meet internal standards before being archived and redistributed.

About the role:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering account-specific, customer-facing in Data Center projects. Minium Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager leading complex, customer-facing projects in data centers, HVAC, mechanical systems, or similar technical environments.
• Strong working knowledge of In Row Cooling / Heat Exchanger systems and data center infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously under aggressive timelines.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).

Job Summary:

The Test Equipment and Environments Center (TE&EC) is within the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate at Raytheon. The Test Equipment and Environments Center (TE&EC) includes all the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test on all Raytheon products. The Engineering Prototyping & Fabrication department is seeking Electrical Prototyping Inspection Technicians to work in an engineering environment to co-develop engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements, as well as industry standards. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition, providing rapid engineering, fabrication, and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.   

Responsibilities of a Lead Technician:

• Test and inspect complex prototype electrical assemblies and verify compliance to workmanship standards.
• Rely on moderate to extensive experience to interpret drawings, schematics, 3D models, written notes, and specifications.
• Adapt methods and procedures to test, inspect, and troubleshoot new hardware.
• Apply advanced skills to test and inspect complex prototype electrical assemblies.
• Assist in electrical/mechanical engineering drawing peer reviews to validate engineering design specifications in development of producible prototypes.
• Assess complex designs to ensure producibility, maintainability, safety, and reliability.

 Qualifications You Must Have:

• High school, secondary school, or equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an engineering environment inspecting electrical assemblies in three or more of the following areas: cables or wire harnesses, breakout boxes, chassis, circuit card modifications, and racked electronic equipment.
• Previous work experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
