● Identify new opportunities through research and market insight, with a focus on high-probability
prospects where you already have credibility.

● Optimism: Getting energy from getting to the root cause of issues and coming up with creative solutions.
● Proactive: You anticipate issues before they arise and jump in to solve them without being asked.

● Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly — and you
help bring clarity when they do.
● Detail-Obsessed: You sweat the small stuff so others can focus on the big picture.
● Culture-Builder: You represent our values in how you show up, support others, and keep the engine
running smoothly.
