As a Flight Navigation Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be part of the Guidance, Navigation and Control Team. You will contribute to the navigation system design, implementation, and testing, and your work will enable the integration of uncrewed aircraft into the National Airspace System.
Responsibilities
Define navigation system requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze, source, and select sensor solutions for use in the navigation system
Develop sensor models in simulation for evaluation of the navigation system
Implement state estimation algorithms in flight software
Establish test methods to ensure compliance with requirements, best practices, and regulatory standards
Evaluate the navigation system via simulation, hardware-in-loop, and flight test cases
Basic Success Criteria
BS in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar advanced degree

As a System Integration Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will work on a team with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, reporting to the system integration engineering manager. This is a small team of highly motivated people designing, testing, and flying advanced automated systems. We enjoy combining mechanical and electrical hardware and getting it onto an aircraft safely and quickly.
Responsibilities
In your role as a system integration engineer, you will get to own vehicle level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. You will own a large breadth of projects from primary flight control hardware, data acquisition hardware, hardware in the loop testing, ground station development, and integration with the software and human machine interface teams. You will be responsible for performing system design, test, and installation readiness reviews which will require defining system bring up testing and pre flight functional testing requirements.

Job Purpose- The Production Manager is responsible for the direct management of all manufacturing and production activities for complex fabricated sheet metal, tubular frames, final assembly & test of a variety technical components & products. This role focuses on optimizing shop floor processes, ensuring product quality, meeting production schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment, directly supporting the strategic goals set by the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Efficiency Management
- Oversee the daily execution of production schedules across multiple departments (e.g., sheet metal fabrication, welding, powder coat painting, final assembly, testing) to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) targets are met.
- Drive the implementation and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, Waste Reduction) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing cycle time.
- Monitor key operational metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rate, and labor utilization, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Engineering department to manage the introduction of new products (NPI) smoothly into production and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
Quality and Safety
- Champion a rigorous Safety (HSE) program on the shop floor, ensuring all employees adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
- Work closely with the Quality team to maintain high product quality, ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 standard, and manage in-process quality control gates.
- Lead and support teams in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Team and Resource Management
- Directly supervise Production Supervisors, leading, mentoring, and developing the manufacturing workforce.
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and capacity requirements to match demand fluctuations.
- Collaborate with Materials Planning, Purchasing and Logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the timely flow of components to the production line.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role overseeing production operations.
Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in the heavy electrical equipment or similar industrial manufacturing sector is highly preferred as is familiarity with processes for MV products (e.g. electrical assembly, insulation processes).
Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.

Experience designing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar agent frameworks.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms and APIs.
Understanding of MLOps, governance frameworks, and Responsible AI standards.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications Hands-on expertise building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as: LangChain AutoGen CrewAI OpenAI Assistants / Functions APIs Experience implementing enterprise AI observability and monitoring frameworks.

As a Sr. FPGA Design Engineer at Reliable Robotics you will be a part of the Embedded Systems team which owns the firmware and software at the heart of the Reliable Robotics autonomy stack. We are a creative and diligent team that provides dependable computing, networking, signal processing, and motor control solutions to bring our aircraft to life. Your contributions will directly enable development of our flight computer and air to air RADAR, unlocking higher-level capabilities, and setting the stage for product certification & delivery to market.
Responsibilities
In your role as an FPGA Design Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional development environment including mutual peer review to maintain high product quality. This work will include FPGA requirements, design, and simulation as well as code synthesis, hardware integration, and test support. You will contribute to multiple FPGA projects in support of the long-term Reliable Robotics technology roadmap.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
8+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment
Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools
Preferred Criteria
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Proven track record of product ownership including development and field support
Experience with safety-critical FPGA development (DO-254 level A/B or equivalent industry standard)
Experience architecting, implementing, and verifying fixed point DSP algorithms
Comfortable with a fast-paced, agile/iterative development life cycle
Pragmatic, results-oriented work style

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits. At Reliable Robotics, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.
