Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize robust viral/non-viral vector purification process using advanced knowledge of column chromatography, filtration, and other downstream purification technology
• Lead and conduct viral/non-viral vector purification process development and process analytics

• Perform troubleshooting experiments and communicate findings with appropriate working groups
• Maintain industry knowledge and keep abreast of new and relevant technologies
• Perform data analysis, contribute to technical reports, external publications, patent applications and internal/external presentations
• Lead scale-up activities to implement a manufacturing process based on DSP development knowledge
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, e.g. CDMOs for tech transfer activities
• Mentor and support junior staff and build a culture of support and collaboration

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills: - Purification experience/ Protein Purification Chromatography
• Technical experience in modern analytical techniques such as spectrophotometry, ELISA, DLS, - Late-stage purification experience such as design space mapping and process robustness studies
• PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline or master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Technical experience in modern analytical techniques such as spectrophotometry, ELISA, DLS, Octet, QPCR/ddPCR, HPLC, and CE-SDS
• Significant experience, knowledge and understanding of purification technologies and operations such as:
• Filtration unit operations at various scales, including depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, etc.
• Protein purification chromatography
• Virus clearance and inactivation
• Familiarity with advanced purification technologies and process analytical technologies
• Familiarity with analytical method transfer, analytical method bridging across organizations
• Experience with process technology transfers and performing gap analyses and risk assessments
• Understanding of critical quality attributes and the principles of Quality by Design and ability to apply DOE to downstream development
• Expertise in technical report writing
• Experience in AAV and/or non-viral purification development
• Experience in writing CMC components of regulatory dossiers
• Knowledge of product comparability, target product profile and quality risk assessment activities

Massachusetts (multiple project sites)

A leading heavy civil contractor in the Northeast is looking to appoint a Project Superintendent to oversee highway and infrastructure construction projects across Massachusetts.

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, and project delivery on complex roadway and paving projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Role

As Project Superintendent, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations on heavy highway construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active construction sites
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance with regulatory standards (OSHA, traffic control requirements, etc.)
• Managing daily job progress, documentation, and reporting
• Monitoring productivity, costs, and project performance
• Coordinating materials, equipment, and workforce requirements
• Maintaining communication with project managers, clients, and internal teams
• Participating in project planning, estimating, and bid support

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules including night work when required

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields
