This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing quality assurance activities, and ensuring the highest level of product quality and safety.

This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee and manage the Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.

2.

Develop and implement quality control standards, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.

3.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes.

4.

Lead the quality assurance team in conducting regular audits, inspections, and tests to monitor product quality.

5.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality issues and implement effective solutions.

6.

Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

7.

Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

8.

Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

9.

Train and mentor staff on quality control and improvement techniques.

10.

Manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.

3.

Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 13485.

4.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement techniques.

5.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

6.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

7.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

8.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

9.

Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.

10.

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) will be a plus.

Job Details Overall suspension system design and development.

Responsible for validating designs, managing design analysis projects, and providing continuous improvement.

Essential Functions: Manage all technical aspects of major product design and development and/or multiple smaller products, utilizing the Product Planning and Development Procedure.

Design, validate, and provide test reports and sign-off documents to ensure production readiness.

Design for manufacturing.

Coordinate with CAD, FEA, and laboratory personnel and interface with other departments.

Coordinate the technical design and test aspects on projects with suppliers and customers.

Provide continuous improvement through employee development, process improvement, and elimination of waste and assure safety in the lab and office.

Manage value added, value engineered projects.

Work with the product portfolio team throughout the SPDD process to define project objectives.

Interface with the end user for technical calls and develop actions plans as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Maintain regular attendance.

Education and Training: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Aeronautical, or related engineering field required.

Minimum Qualifications: Four to six years’ experience in vehicle structural design (preferably heavy or medium duty truck) with exposure to dynamic structural analysis, finite element analysis, fatigue analysis, and product design preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage development projects and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated experience/skill in product innovation.

Some controls experience a plus.

Exposure to or training in vehicle dynamics or vibration and controls background desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead a cross-functional launch effort.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working understanding and knowledge of Computer Aided Design and Analysis tools.
