Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the systems engineering effortson new development, production, and/or sustainment programs, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Translate customer and operational needs into system performance requirements.
- Guide cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification criteria for complex systems
- Perform analyses in affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, survivability, vulnerability, security, certification, and product assurance to achieve mission success.
- Run design reviews and technical assessments, giving recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 4 or more years' related engineering experience
- Prior Systems Engineering experience (i.e. system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation)

Manufacturing Plant Manager – Job Description (Including Drafting & Manufacturing Oversight)
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Plant Manager oversees day-to-day plant operations—including production, drafting/design coordination, quality control, safety, and workforce management—to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. This role serves as the bridge between engineering/drafting teams and the manufacturing floor, ensuring product designs are accurately translated into production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Operations Management
- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Optimize workflow, labor allocation, and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs such as throughput, downtime, scrap, and productivity.
2. Drafting & Engineering Collaboration

Role is with a formulation and delivery team. Will work with research scientists in developing next generation herbicide products and in supporting both R&D activities, and to some extent, commercially launched products.
Evaluates the chemical and physical properties of various organic and inorganic substances in order to investigate their applications in formulated products.

How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal Controls Engineer to lead the development, optimization and implementation of advanced control systems across critical infrastructure products and automation platforms. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of critical systems, with a strong emphasis on data center infrastructure, power/energy management, and industrial automation.
This role will involve designing and developing wiring harness systems, including schematic creation, harness architecture, panel layout, developing specifications, selecting key components, and transitioning design to manufacturing. Furthermore, the position includes leading test process implementation and ensuring equipment alignment to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and reliability.
What will you do?
- Define and own the control system architecture across multiple platforms, including PLCs, BMS, EPMS, and ATS systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop detailed control system specifications, functional design documents, and interface definitions for all subsystems.
- Proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming, HMI development, and system integration with IT networks and facility equipment.
