As a Quality Control Manager, you will manage project quality requirements in civil and structural construction. Responsibilities include daily quality control reporting, subcontractor management, submittal management, conducting quality phase meetings and frequent field quality control inspections aimed at preventing contract non-conformance. • You review the specifications and know the client expectations for deliverables.
• You ensure compliance through in-depth reviews of the project documents.
• You review test methods and procedures with in-house technicians and subcontractor labs as needed. You discuss the requirements with the Superintendent to ensure all testing is performed according to the proper procedures and all the data is properly collected.
• You ensure incoming products and materials are acceptable (i.e., specification, grade, timeliness).
• You initiate, communicate, and track non-conformance corrective actions. Discusses resolution ideas with the project team and properly dispositions.
• You comply with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevates non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Others duties as assigned.

What it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management/science with a minimum of 2 years construction experience on construction similar to this scope of work (preferred), or a minimum of 5 years construction experience on construction similar to this scope of work (preferred).
• Ability to work 6 weeks on and 1 week off rotations for projects.
• Minimum 1 Year experience in the Three Phases of Control Quality Management System utilized by USACE and other Federal Government Agencies USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors training certification (preferred)
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification as Quality Auditor (preferred) or Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence (preferred)
• Trained and experience with the USACE Resident Management System (RMS) 3.0 or NAVFAC's ECMS system (preferred).

Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and overseeing the maintenance of production equipment, utilities, facilities, and grounds.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can manage systems and processes while remaining actively engaged on the floor with their team. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position — we are looking for someone who can lead by example and step in when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians in both preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Oversee maintenance operations for production equipment, utilities, facilities, and site infrastructure.
• Drive a proactive maintenance strategy focused on reliability, safety, and cost control.
• Manage and optimize the preventative maintenance (PM) program, work order system, spare parts inventory, and MRO processes.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Position Summary:

Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys designing, building, and supporting modern communication platforms? Do you like solving complex problems and working with teams that move quickly from idea to delivery? This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.

You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms

• Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms

• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts

• RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering

• NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development

• Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms

• Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments

• Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supporting remote contact center agents

• REST API integrations and automation

• Scripting using PowerShell or Python

• Workforce management, call recording, or speech technologies

• PSTN carrier and phone number lifecycle management

This role plays a critical part in modernizing Securian's communication platforms and ensuring reliable, scalable experiences for customers and associates. You will have the opportunity to influence technical direction and deliver compelling solutions that matter.
