Job Description Summary:
Electronic Imaging Technician at Van Wert Hospital from 8am-230pm 4 days a week. Works under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Support Services (Imaging Service Center). Conducts technical support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing Picture and Archive Communications systems (PACS) technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies.
Responsibilities And Duties:
40%Receives calls from external and internal customers who are needing images and/or reports. Assists PACs users throughout the organization in the use of PACS product to improve and assure accuracy of the patient imaging medical record. Educate physicians on use of all applicable software. Assist the radiologist, other physicians, and staff in the execution of their duties by acting as a resource person for timely, effective use of electronic and manual files of imaging records. Provide customers comprehensive technology problem determination and resolution using documented procedures and available tools.35 % Retrieve and/or create patients' electronic folders. Access reports and/or other patient exam data via the RIS, PACS and related software systems. Communicate reports and/or image data to the appropriate physician and other customers in a timely manner. Re-print and package images via PACS, and/or CDs for distribution and delivery to physicians and other customers utilizing proper quality assurance measures.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and document; a) unread studies, b) exam problems within the PACS system, to meet established turn around times of exam availability, and proper exam coding for revenue purposes. Research solutions to problems working with PACS team and Radiology staff. Escalates problems as appropriate to ensure management awareness of problems that are severe and/or require engineering support. Maintain equipment for Radiology Department, such as, printers, computer, fax, etc. and able to delegate to appropriate service area for unresolved failures.

Actively participate on departmental Process Improvement Initiatives and other related duties as required. Recommend solutions to processes, procedures and technology to ensure continuous refinements and improvements in customer services.

Additional Job Description:
One to two years experience in medical setting or six months experience with completion of medical terminology and anatomy courses along with knowledge of CareConnect and Picture and Archive Communications systems.

What you will be doing:
- Provide technical assistance during process and tooling development to meet setup and while assuring process capability
- Produce first pieces required for approval to the specifications required working with Quality Assurance to assure compliance with specifications
- Produce pilot production runs and verifies speed of production and quality of product manufactured
- Verifies dimensions, alignments and clearances
- Experience & Knowledge required with electrical systems, hydraulics, and milling
- Knowledge of Hot Runner Systems, including Synventive, HRS
- Diagnose problems and determine corrective actions
- Complete all associated paperwork having to do with mold maintenance and PM logs
- Connects wiring and hydraulic lines to install electrical and hydraulic components
- Repair, modify and/or adjust molds
- Performs required insert changes and repairs
- Dismantles dies to gain access to and repair die components
- Fabricates and repairs welder plates and supports repair of miscellaneous auxiliary equipment
- Polishing, benching, spotting, grinding, drilling, machining, fitting, welding, operate overhead crane
What you will bring along:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred. Journeymans card acceptable instead of technical degree.
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- Ability to work afternoon/midnight shifts as needed

What you will be doing:
- Take proactive initiative, display the ability to gather, analyze, and strategically utilize data for the resolution and prevention of MP&L related challenges.
- Analyzes customer releases, ensure accurate data transfer among internal teams, customers, and suppliers as needed
- Daily System/SAP maintenance, data entry, and strategic use of SAP to ensure Grammer goals are met in addition to departmental and company continuous improvement.
- Analyze production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
- Collaborate with Production team members to determine overdue material and parts and to inform necessary parties of current or potential challenges in material flow/supply.
- Proactively align cross-functionally to expedite efficient movement of materials within the facility to ensure utilization of best practices and reduction of waste.
- Examines materials received, verifies material/parts numbers and checks discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.
- Monthly analysis and reporting of supplier delivery and customer delivery performance.
- Interfaces with suppliers and customers as needed to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate and track shipments with transportation companies as well as navigate Customs.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist in investigating and providing solutions for inventory discrepancies.

The Welding and Automation Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, optimization, and support of welding processes and automated manufacturing systems in an automotive production environment. This role ensures high-quality welds, consistent production outputs, and seamless integration of robotic and automated equipment. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support new product launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Welding and Automation Engineer, you will:
Process Development & Optimization
- Develop and optimize welding processes (MIG, TIG, resistance, laser, etc.) to meet automotive standards.
- Define and maintain welding parameters and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for welding defects and implement corrective actions.
Automation & Robotics
- Program and troubleshoot robotic welding cells (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA).
- Design and implement automation solutions for welding and material handling.
- Support PLC-based systems and ensure integration with factory controls.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (AWS, ISO, IATF 16949).
- Work with quality and production teams to monitor and improve weld quality.
- Conduct regular weld audits and support PPAP submissions.
Project Management & Support
- Lead projects for new equipment installations and upgrades.
- Support new model launches with weld feasibility studies and tooling.
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
Continuous Improvement
- Use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to identify and implement process improvements.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives related to welding consumables, cycle time, and scrap.
QUALIFICATIONS
As the Welding and Automation Engineer, you will have:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in welding and/or automation within automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficiency in robotic programming (ABB/FANUC/KUKA) and PLC troubleshooting (Siemens/Allen-Bradley).
- Strong knowledge of weld inspection techniques (visual, destructive, non-destructive).
- Familiarity with GD&T, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office tools.
- AWS certification or equivalent is a plus.

What we are looking for:
Grammer is looking for a MP&L Manager to join our location in Delphos, OH. The primary responsibility will be oversight of the material planning, logistics, and control processes in our facility that supplies parts primarily to the commercial vehicle industry. The MP&L Manager acts as a liaison with the customer and is responsible for the planning and delivery of our products in a timely and efficient manner.
What you will be doing:
- Represent Grammer Delphos as the primary customer service contact to the customer
- Work with Production Manager to develop production plans and forecasts
- Work with Engineering Manager on product launch, BOM and engineering change coordination
- Work with Quality Manager to support customer satisfaction initiatives and vendor base measures
- Work with Plant Controller to verify and develop solutions to inventory control challenges as needed
- Lead and Develop MP&L team members, including but not limited to those tied to warehousing and production planning functions
