The Opportunity
MassMutual Investment Management (IM) seeks a seasoned investment management and operations professional to lead the investment performance function for MassMutual’s General Investment Account (GIA). This role reports to the Head of Manager Oversight and will:
- Design, and oversee implementation of models, policies, and procedures for a best-in-class performance and attribution reporting function.
- Help drive strategy and execution of investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting programs supporting MassMutual’s Board, CIO, and other key stakeholders.

The Team

The Impact and Key Responsibilities:
Lead MassMutual’s investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting function for a $250B+ General Investment Account (GIA). In this role you will be on the starting line to help influence, design and implement a state-of-the-art performance measurement and attribution capability. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, influence, executive visibility, and the opportunity to transform performance analytics and attribution capabilities for a prestigious insurance company.
- Evolve existing practices and refresh methodologies, assumptions, and models to introduce new and industry best practice approaches for presenting performance across products, asset classes, and instruments.
- Lead strategic platform rationalization and evaluate performance engines to enhance analytics.
- Provide technical expertise in portfolio management, finance, capital markets, and investment performance reporting, guiding decisions to align with market standards.
- Contribute to portfolio reporting and attribution by applying experience across asset classes and investment strategies, ensuring liability-driven investment strategies and ALM models are accurately derived and validated.

The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance-Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in investment management with progressive experience focusing on performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
- 5+ years in leading teams and/or investment strategy and decision-making for an asset owner, allocator or investment advisor, in a role focused on: investment performance, attribution and analysis; portfolio management; product management or research; portfolio strategy or securities research [investment selection].
- Experience with liability-driven investment strategies, including ALM frameworks, duration matching, and immunization techniques.
- Experience designing, building, and calibrating investment return, valuation, or risk models for capital allocation in multi-asset portfolios.
- Advanced Excel and quantitative modeling; familiarity with GIPS® standards and compliance; strong understanding of risk-adjusted return metrics (TWR, IRR, Brinson attribution, factor attribution).

Product Manager – Financial Services / Private Markets
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep Financial Services expertise to lead the development and evolution of products supporting Investment Management and Private Markets. This role combines strong domain knowledge across Private Equity, Private Credit, Investment Operations, and Fund Accounting with hands-on experience in data management, reference data, and system integrations.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data teams to define product strategy, translate complex financial workflows into clear requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the product roadmap for platforms supporting Investment Management and Private Markets (Private Equity & Private Credit)
- Partner with Investment, Operations, Fund Accounting, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into product features
- Lead product discovery and definition across:
- Investment Operations workflows
- Fund accounting and transaction lifecycles
- Market and Security Reference Data
- Data ingestion, enrichment, and distribution
- Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
- Ensure accurate data management and mapping across multiple upstream and downstream systems
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams on SQL-based analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Oversee integration of reference data (market, security, pricing, counterparty) into core investment and accounting platforms
- Act as a subject matter expert on private market transactions (capital calls, distributions, valuations, settlements)

What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business/Product Analyst within Financial Services
- Strong hands-on experience in Investment Management and Investment Operations
- Deep knowledge of Private Markets, including Private Equity and Private Credit
- Solid understanding of Fund Accounting, transaction processing, and lifecycle events
- Experience working with Market and Security Reference Data
- Proven background in data management, including mapping across multiple systems
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience working in agile environments with engineering and data teams

The Associate Ingredient Scientist will be working in a fast paced cross-functional environment to develop ingredient specifications that are accurate, as well as collect critical documents to make sure all our ingredients meet the required FDA standards.
Position Accountabilities
1. Understand basics of raw materials, and their application in beverages
2. Lead projects that impact ingredients, such as new supplier requirement updates, cost savings initiatives, supply issues or production challenges
