Property Improvement Plans (PIP)

Licenses and Permits

  • Maintain oversight of all operating licenses and permits for hotels.

  • Research and apply brand requirements (standards, prototypes, specs) to ensure compliance.

• Maintain drawing files and ensure revisions are properly documented and organized

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements

• Support design modifications and updates as needed throughout the project lifecycle


Requirements/Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD

• Ability to create and modify basic engineering and technical drawings

• Understanding of drafting standards and basic engineering principles

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with engineering teams

• Associate degree, technical certification, or relevant drafting experience preferred


Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

• Ability to view and review detailed drawings on a computer screen

• Occasionally lift and carry items up to 15 pounds
