The Force Development (FD) Manpower Senior Analyst provides expertise in manpower, fiscal analysis, and resource planning to support Army G-8 force development and modernization. This role conducts EE PEG manpower reviews, evaluates civilian authorizations and affordability, and analyzes staffing, funding, and resource trends across portfolios. The analyst prepares senior leader briefings, validates manpower submissions, and ensures compliance with Army fiscal and readiness requirements. By leveraging Army systems, business intelligence tools, and quality control processes, the position delivers actionable insights and recommendations that optimize manpower utilization, strengthen Army readiness, and inform long-term planning.

- Ability to extract data from Army systems and provide analysis of data and formulating displays of data;
- Ability to assist with quality control of Portfolio Reviews.
- Interdisciplinary skill set of PPBE, DOD acquisition processes and procedures (DoDI 5000.2) as well as expertise with materiel and/or force structure requirements development and validation (JCIDS).

WHAT WILL I DO?
Accounting & Financial Support
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support job-related financial reporting and analysis
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Payroll Administration
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees across multiple entities
- Administer payroll systems including employee updates, deductions, garnishments, and PTO tracking
- Maintain timekeeping uploads and reconciliation
- Prepare union benefit reports and certified payroll reports when required
- Calculate and process commission payments
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries
Compliance & Administrative Duties
- Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns
- Assist with business registrations in new states
- File annual state compliance reports as required
HR & Employee Administration
- Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding in coordination with a third-party HR consultant
- Assist with employee handbook updates and HR documentation

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking multiple Machinist Assemblers Precision to join our Machinist departments in either Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA .
Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects. Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups.
Position Responsibilities:
* Perform bench work (e.g., drilling, honing, tapping, reaming) on production and experimental parts, as required
* Assemble parts using rivets and bolts with correct tools such as rivet squeeze, lock bolt puller, rivet gun and bucking bar, power screwdriver, or ratchet per engineering requirements
* Lay-out, plan and sequence machining operation
* Analyze and interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints and verbal instructions to determine work to be performed on detailed precision parts (e.g., aircraft castings, fixtures, tools, shop aids)
* Use shop math, geometry and/or trig to calculate dimensions
* Determine/obtain raw material to be used (e.g., brass, aluminum, steel, composites, and wood) for machining or fabrication per drawing or customer requirements
* Set up operate and adjust all common machine tools (e.g., lathe, mill, bridgeport, electrical discharge machine (EDM), drill press) to accomplish work on precision assemblies
