Job Summary

The Senior Platform Architect will lead the technical architecture, design, and modernization of large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platforms built on Azure and the .NET stack. This role requires mastery of distributed systems, cloud-native design, and advanced engineering practices to deliver highly available, performant, and secure solutions for global consumer-facing SaaS and Agentic AI products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Architectural Design & Transformation

• Lead migration from monolithic systems to modular monolith and microservices architectures using domain-driven design, bounded contexts, and decomposition strategies.
• Design multi-tenant SaaS platforms with advanced tenant isolation, resource partitioning, and elastic scaling using Azure services.

The Tooling Design Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of the Invar layup mold design scope, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, manufacturing intent, and release‐level documentation prior to design handoff.

Responsibilities include:

• Own tool architecture and design intent for Invar LM tooling, including facesheets, substructures, lifting features, casters, drill bars, and return flanges
• Ensure design compliance with vacuum integrity requirements, DB locations, TC integration, and customer‐provided standards
• Interpret and apply AWS/WPS welding requirements within drawing notes and weld details
• Lead design reviews, adjudicate comments, and control scope through approval and release phases
• Coordinate technical interfaces between tooling design, CAD development, and checking activities

About the Role

The Structural Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing self-performed structural construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CW Matthews’ quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of structural construction projects, from preconstruction through final completion
• Oversee self-performed structural work including scheduling, labor planning, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Assist with change management, RFIs, submittals, and documentation

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience managing self-performed structural construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of structural construction means and methods
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
