• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.
The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (to include criminal checks, past employment and education), the ability to pass a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation, and potential travel within a near geography for training are required This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Product Development:
- Project planning, scheduling, and execution for consumer electronics product development.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Manage GS1 barcoding process
- Work closely with our Product Management personnel and factory production to coordinate NPLs.
- Work with internal teams as well as vendors required.
BOM Changes:
- Develop, improve, changes to any of our processes and workflows. Be sure our vendors know, confirm and verify any change to the specs, BOM, etc. to any of our products
Compliance:
- Continuously improving all processes related to compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure full FDA compliance
- Work with our vendors to be fully compliant with FDA guidelines
- Develop, improve and implement workflow, procedures
Project Management Related Tools:
- Work with all teams and resources to ensure the continuous improvement of any tool we use for project management: Jira, Teambition
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or related industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Details Job Details Control of Electronic Part Requirements: Generate Source Control Drawings (SCD’s) and review supplier control documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Inspection Data Review: Analyze incoming inspection data, including vendor/manufacturer QPL Certificates of Conformance and part-specific data packages.
Discrepant Material Management: Generate and resolve Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs), coordinating with Engineering, Material Control, and Quality Assurance teams.
Data Management: Maintain and manage electronic databases, such as Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM) and Access Database.
Part Performance Coordination: Work with Engineering, Material Control, and Quality Assurance to address part issues and performance requirements, including EEE parts selection, characterization, and evaluation.
Education & Required Skills Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
3-7 years of experience in Component Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access Database, and Product Lifecycle Management systems.

This role involves overseeing the testing and inspection of construction materials, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and managing a team of engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
The Director will also be responsible for strategic planning, client relations, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and integrity in all testing and inspection activities.
Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Material Testing and Special Inspection department.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, inspectors, and technicians, ensuring their professional development and high performance.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all testing and inspection activities.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all testing and inspection procedures comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of test results and inspection reports.
Lead efforts to achieve and maintain relevant accreditations and certifications.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of material testing and inspection projects.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Promote a culture of safety within the department, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, CWI, NICET) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in material testing, special inspection, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of material testing methods, special inspection procedures, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, AASHTO).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong client relations and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with regular visits to construction sites and testing laboratories.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and navigate construction environments safely.
